Modernization of the sports complex with the construction of housing units

The aim of the thesis was to create documentation for an extensive construction modifications of sports complex including the construction of housing units near Třebíč in the small village of Třebenice in Moravia. It was necessary to cooperate with the municipality and follow its requirements for the restoration of functionality and maintenance of individual operations for which the building was intended, hence the municipality considered them necessary in the future operation of the building. The project also included the design of paved areas and fencing of the playground. The main requirement of the municipality was to build a grandstand within the already built-up area of ??the object, and therefore part of the building is being demolished. This will change the layout of the basement and move the operation of the restaurant from the basement to the first floor with a view of the playground. Football players' locker rooms will be maintained in the basement, moreover a boiler room with air conditioning, facilities for referees and a club room with hygienic facilities will be added. On the first floor, the operation of the offices will be partially maintained and separated, and there will also be more space for a hairdresser and a restaurant. The last floor will be completely removed and rebuilt with a flat roof covering only half of the area compared to the current state. Following the current state, the 2nd floor will serve for housing, but as starting apartments for young families. The risers are made of autoclaved concrete and the new masonry is made of brick blocks for precise masonry. Over the restaurant is an extensive green roof and the roof over the apartments has a classic order of layers with a stabilizing layer of gravel. Mixed-use Building in Tišnov

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a newly built mixed-use building in Tišnov, as well as elaboration a part of the project documentation for realization of the building construction. The designed building is a multifunctional building, which has the task of providing several functions. The building is situated in the South Moravian Region in the northern part of the village Tišnov, which is located about 30 kilometers away from the city of Brno. Recently, in this area new family houses and apartment buildings have been built. The building is designed as five above-ground storey, partially basement incl. a separate underground car park. The first floor serves mainly for commercial use, ie. for the provision of services and for the sale of goods. There is a coffee shop, a houseware store, hairdressers, bakers, butchers, or a gym. On the first floor there is also the main entrance to the building, and through there is further access to the upper or lower floors of the building. In the basement there is a technical background of the building and access to the underground parking. The second floor serves as office space for multipurpose use. There are apartments on the third, fourth and fifth floor, with some apartments on the 4th floor being designed as two-level maisonettes. The architectural design is based on the concept of straight lines and sharp edges, which also presents a flat roof roofing solution and receding storey with terraces. The building is detached, situated in a relatively flat terrain. All entrances to the building are designed as barrier-free. The white-blue color of the building facade alternates with the use of gray stone cladding. The roofing of the mixed-use building is solved on two levels by a single-layer extensive vegetation flat roof.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with four aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the aboveground part of the building are 10 accommodation units with generous living spaces. Loggia is included in some of these apartments. The highest floor is designed as a receding one, so there is enough space for terraces. In the underground part are basement cubicles, utility room, room for bicycles, room for strollers, elevator machine room and storage room. Parking is provided outside the building on the paved land. In total there are 17 parking spaces, one for the disabled. The main roof is designed as a flat with a classic layer order with the final layer of TPO foil. The brick building is transverse, built from the Porotherm system, the ceiling structure and staircase are designed monolithic from reinforced concrete. The foundation of the building are CFA piles. There is an elevator in the building. The facade of the buildings is partly contact insulated by ETICS mineral wool system and parts of the facade are ventilated by Prefa mineral wool aluminium sheets.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a newbuilt apartment building in Partizánske. The apartment house is designed as a three-storey building with a basement. There are 9 apartments in above-ground floors and in the under-ground floor there are common premises of the house equipment. Each of apartments has a balcony, the flats located on the first floor have small gardens. The top floor is designed as a recessing floor and a terrace belongs to the apartments located on this floor. The vertical loadbearing structure is made of ceramic blocks and partly reinforced concrete, the horizontal load bearing is designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The roof is designed as a one-layer flat roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
