This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company TEPLOTECHNA PRŮMYSLOVÉ PECE, s.r.o. in the years 2016-2020. In the theoretical part, selected tools and methods of financial analysis are described, which are subsequently applied in the practical part of this work. The results of the financial analysis are used to assess the financial health of the company. In the last part of this work, proposals that could improve the company's financial situation are formulated.

The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company ASD-ML, s.r.o. in the time period of 2009 - 2012. The aim of this study is to evaluate the current financial situation of the company and suggest the necessary steps to improve the situation. The first part will focus on theoretical knowledge, which will explain the basic terms and methods of financial analysis. The second part contains information about the selected company. At the conclusion there is reviewed the company’s general financial situation and recommended the procedures for the improvement of company’s financial situation.

In the analytical part, on the basis of theoretical knowledge, the evaluating indicators of financial analysis. In the final part of the designed solutions that will help to improve the financial situation and the financial management of the company.

Evaluation of the Economic Situation of the Selected Private Corporation and Proposals to its Improvement

This diploma thesis mainly focuses on the assessment/evaluation of external and internal surroundings/environment of a specific company between years 2012 and 2016. The first part of these defines theoretical constructs that are then applied in the practical part of the thesis. The external environment was analyzed using PESTLE analysis method and the Porter's Five Forces model. The financial analysis from 2012-2016 was used for the analysis of the internal surroundings. Based on the overall assessment/evaluation of the company surroundings/environment the author applies SWOT analysis and proposes several steps for the improvement.

Financial Situation Analysis of Building Company

This thesis includes financial situation analysis of the building company UNISTAV for the period 2008-2012. The analysis is based on data contained in the financial statements of the company. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part, where are analysed financial ratios, and a practical part, where these ratios are applied to the data of the company. Company state on the market for the period above is evaluated in the final statement at the end of this thesis.

This thesis deals with the financial analysis of Slovácké Strojírny, a.s. from 2007 - 2010. The theoretical part is devoted to literary research, where I am trying to outline the nature and importance of financial analysis precisely. The practical part includes a brief introduction of the company and further investigation carried out by financial analysis. The final part contains the results of the evaluation findings including recomendations and suggestions for further business activity.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation of the company Rašino a.s. for period 2013-2018. The first part of the thesis contains thoretical knowledge that is also used in the second part. The second part of the thesis is practical part, financial analysis of the company based on the Financial report of the company. This part also contains some of the health models and bankruptcy prediction models like Aspect global rating, Index IN05, Altmans Z-score and others. In the last part of the thesis in the basis of chievements some proposals are presented. These could help to improve the financial situation.
