Legal aspects of the competency of teachers in the context of school management

The final bachelor's thesis deals with problems of qualification and educating nursery schools pedagogical workers. It also deals with work of nursery schools headmasters in the area of administration (creating conditions for studying and organizing working of nursery schools during teachers' learning). It is also aimed at finding connections between interest in learning and proposed career code. It results from the research of relevant legal directives, professional literature dealing with learning abilities, pedagogical workers competencies and their gaining; further it results from electronic documents, contributions and articles dedicated to the issues of education and it also results from proposed career code issue for pedagogical workers. The thesis is based on results analysis of a research that was aimed towards nursery schools headmasters and pedagogical workers in Pelhřimov region. The thesis brings information on erudition of nursery schools teachers in Pelhřimov region and their interest in further education in relation to proposed career code. Further on it brings information on creating conditions for educating teachers of nursery schools in Pelhřimov region by their headmasters and organizing working of the school during teachers' learning.
Professional competencies of nursery school teachers

The thesis deals with the professional competencies of teachers of nursery schools. The theoretical part focuses on contemporary education of nursery school teachers and its history in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on professional competencies. Besides defining the concept of professional competence and their various concepts. Czech education preschool teachers is contrasted with the situation in Europe. The main aim of the research part of the thesis is to describe the differences between differently educated teachers of kindergartens within the conceptualization of professional competencies. The investigation is specifically compared how teachers assess the importance of professional competence and adequacy of their development in the initial training. The survey includes pilot study and private research. Pilot study includes data collection questionnaires and structured interviews for the four case studies with differently educated preschool teachers. Own research is realized in the form of questionnaires with different educated preschool teachers and structured interviews with experts on preschool education. The case study of motivational structure of resiliency of kindergarten teachers

This case study deals with the theme of resiliency and motivational structure of kindergarten teachers. The first theoretical part focuses on a teacher?s personality, stress and burn-out syndrome connected with this profession, resilience and motivational structure. The practical part consists of four case studies, which are based on four life stories. The case studies are analysed with a help of resiliency thermometer and PCI (Personal Concern Inventory) questionnaire, which discovers a motivational structure.
