Computational analysis of cross roll straightening of rods
Štourač, Vít ; Šebek, František (referee) ; Petruška, Jindřich (advisor)
Today is on products from the perspective of quality placed an increasing emphasis. This work is focused to the analyze of cross roll straghtening of long semifinished products with a circular cross-section. This process increased quality of semifinished products from the perspective of their curvature, because they do not reach the required limit values. Curvature of the semifinished product is due to residual stress, which is during straghtening using plastic deformation of the material redistributed and the semifinished product is leveled. This work analyzes the effect of rotation of straightening rolls on the distributiom of contact pressure between the straightening semifinished product and the roll of straightener. Author then analyzes effect of input parameters of program to straightening at the final curvature of the semifinished product. With the experience gained, then try to adjust some input parameters.
Computational analysis of leveling of square cross section rods
Šebek, František ; Návrat, Tomáš (referee) ; Petruška, Jindřich (advisor)
Current requirements in mechanical engineering require more accurate operations and more efficient technologies. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the leveling of square rods. The main problem is the setting of the leveling machine for the specified material and geometric data so that the initially curved material, which passes through alternatively positioned offset rollers, is leveled as much as possible. The main factor in the leveling process is the plastification of the material used for the redistribution of the residual stress. Based on existing theo-retical knowledge in this field, programs are set up to simulate the passing of the rod through the leveling machine. Further, modifications leading to the improvement of the whole process are presented. Finally, there is a verification of the results which is made independently of the submitted solution and processed by the finite element method.
Pole dance basics
Hukaufová, Karin ; Chrudimský, Jan (advisor) ; Novotná, Viléma (referee)
Title: Pole Dance Basics Objectives: This work aims to create a set of exercises suitable for beginners in pole dancing and attempts to unify terminology based on naming used in gymnastics. Methods: To achieve the targets of the work will be used method of qualitative research. Information about pole dancing will be obtained primarily through the internet sources. Czech and internacional publications will be further analyzed for the views of leading experts. To form the final set of exercises will be used comparative and interpretive methods. Regarding a definition of pole dance beginner and his chosen skills will be final criteria obtained through a controlled interview. Results: A set of selected exercises for beginners in the practical part is made by a combination of theoretical knowledge, my personal experience as a pole dance instructor and opinions of respondents obtained through controlled interviews. The final result is not only a set of excercises and its detailed description accompanied by pictorial documentation, but also a unified pole dance terminology inspired by terminology used in gymnastics. Keywords: pole dance, dance, pole
Sepulchral Ironwork in Early Modern Bohemia. Ironwork and Sepulchral Environment between 1550-1740
Gandalovičová, Šárka ; Mádl, Martin (advisor) ; Macek, Petr (referee) ; Roháček, Jiří (referee)
The text deals with various types of ironwork from ca 1550-1740, which we can encounter in sepulchral spaces in Bohemia. The text includes notable examples of individual types of ironwork related to sepulchral monuments in Bohemia and even Central Europe, especially when the works were inspired by Bohemian examples. The main research subject matter of the dissertation is a typological group of ironwork that defined the space around a tombstone or mausoleum freely situated in a sacred environment, e.g. the most important cited work - the ironwork surrounding the Royal Mausoleum in Prague, or the ironwork surrounding the Cenotaph of Maxmilian I located in the Court Church of Innsbruck. Other types of ironwork related to sepulchral monuments are mentioned complementarily, such as ironwork closing off interior chapels, freely standing ironwork, and ironwork protecting sepulchral niches.
