Návrh zařízení pro manipulaci s plastovými blistry

The thesis deals with the description and design of conceptual variants of transporta-tion equipment for handling plastic trays. The equipment's task is to transport and remove plastic trays from a stack, transport them to the filling position, and stack them back into full stacks. Before elaboration, it is necessary to explain and describe the principle of operation of this specific equipment commonly referred to as a "tray-server". Within the device design, it was necessary to take into account the current state and create concepts for updating. Several solution variants were created, followed by a comparison of their technical properties using a comparative method. The winning variant was developed further, and basic strength analysis was conduc-ted.
Screw conveyor for transport to steel shot blasting

The aim of this thesis is the design and the design of screw conveyor for transporting steel shot blast machines to steel components according to the supplied parameters. Here is the calculation of the basic dimensions of the conveyor, the design of the propulsion system, the calculation of the filling of the trough, the determination of the total weight of the Auger, Auger and saving design strength control functional parts, this work is composed of technical reports and drawings.
Automatic Tray Feeder

The thesis deals with design and realization of an automatic tray feeder for JEDEC trays with a line-by-line tray scrolling function, which is not available in any of the commercially available tray feeders. The aim of the work is the design and realization of the hardware of the whole device and its control electronics. The design includes calculation of the pneumatic and motor drives, 3D design, electronic circuit calculations and design in the KiCad development program.

This bachelor's thesis deals with design and constructional solution of oblique tubular screw conveyor for transportation of power plant ash from silo to further technological processing. In this thesis evaluation of fundamental dimensions, design of power unit, design of bearings, evaluation of filling of the through and strength control of selected components of screw conveyor is done. This thesis consists of evaluation report and drawing documentation.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to design and structurally process a solution of a vibratory feeder which task is to transport and sort the components. The component is a plastic funnel. The principle of vibratory feeders and conveyors and their current status of knowledge is decribed at the beginning. In the next part, some possible solutions to the problem are proposed, from which one is selected that satisfies the criteria the most . The whole design is constructed as a 3D model. There is also an analysis of possible risks and pricing of the design. Finally, the functionality of the designed machine is checked in the Rocky DEM program.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the new elevator drive for storage system Logimat. Diploma is focused to design a new drive for a load up to 1200 kg and to adapt the elevator frame to the new drive design. In the first part is done research for suitable drive systems. There are followed by design and stress analysis. The second part deals with appropriate roller chain parameters calculation and the power output of electric motors.
