Systemic arterial hypertension and strain

Bachelor thesis "Systemic arterial hypertension and exercise" deals with hypertension and exercise. Physiology of the circulatory system, as well as blood pressure regulation and measurement is covered in the first section. The next section discusses definition, classification, and subtype classification. Furthermore, the thesis discusses pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment of hypertension. The main part of the thesis covers exercise blood pressure reaction as a diagnostic tool for determining risk for future hypertension. Moreover, exercise and physical activity is described as a therapeutic tool in blood pressure reduction. This section compares and determines the intensity, frequency, and period of endurance and resistance training needed for an optimal blood pressure reduction. Title: Process of motional abilities for under 16 ice hockey players in preliminary term Author: Bc. Branislav Lobotka Supervisor: doc. PhDr. Jiří Suchý, Ph.D. Objective: The aim of this thesis was to design and implement a training program for development of motor skills of junior ice hockey players and it's subsequent verification in practice during preparation period 2011/2012. This thesis is based and builds on author's Bachelor thesis, in which the author analysed fitness preparation of juniors in preparation period 2010/2011. In the thesis are both fitness programs compared and analysed. As for scientific research, the author worked with hockey team HK Dukla Trencin. Conclusions and hypothesis are listed in the conclusion of the thesis. Methods: In thesis was used method of research, the method of observation, methods of literary sources, method of interview and method of measurement and testing. Results: The obtained results should form a basis for further development of fitness plans for junior ice hockey players' preparation periods. Analysis of competitive ski mountaineering and use of a hypoxic environment

Based on a search of available resources, I report on racing skialpinism and training at higher altitudes. The aim of this work is to compare the performance of the reprezentation of Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland in skialpinism at the World Cup, World and Europe Championships three years before and three years after the Central European Cup (SEP) (2016). And to find out if SEP really contributed to increasing success at these international races. I have analyzed the numbers of competitors and the success of the countries participating in SEP in the World Cup, the European and World Championships before and after the introduction of SEP. I also compared the altitude profile of the World Cup races in skialpinism and compared it to the Central European Cup (SEP). I focused on the average altitude of the race, track length, elevation and the highest peak. According to the findings, Czech competitors were more successful in skiing before the SEP, either in the World Cup or in the European and World Championships. SEP races compare to the World Cup are laid down below, shorter and lacking a technical passage. On the other hand, the competitors get more meters over them.
