The Block of Flats in Brno, Bystrc - Project Planning and Management

This thesis deals with the project planning and management of the construction of two houses of flats in Brno – Bystrc, Šemberova street. The houses of flats are designed as a newly built five floors above ground and one basement floor. The supporting system is made from brick ceramic blocks, underground floor is made of concrete blocks. This thesis processes technological project of building as preparation and building site equipment, use of machines necessary for implementation of the construction, monitoring and test plan, technological steps for basement walls of shuttering blocks. Finally, in this thesis dealt with time and cost of construction of houses of flats.
Stress-strain analysis of a crane arm

The content of this bachelor’s work is a summarization of types of tower cranes and subsequent stress-strain analysis of the crane arm of the crane type 150EC-B8 Litronic located on the Šumavská street in Brno. Analytical stress-strain analysis is calculated with equations of equilibrium using joint method in various types of loading of the construction with MAPLE software. Numerical calculation is executed on 3D model of the construction in software ANSYS. The aim of this bachelor work is the verification of the correctness and comparison results of analytic calculation with numeric calculation and evaluation of the results from a limit states and deformation standpoint.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of tower cranes nowadays. The thesis classifies tower cranes into groups according to main criteria including contemporary types of tower cranes from the world-known crane manufacturers. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comparison of different types of cranes with respect to key features typical for tower cranes in the particular groups, such as loading capacity, crane jib, load lifting, mobility etc.
Residential complex Nový Žižkov - construction technological project

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for the construction of a residential complex Nový Žižkov in Poděbrady, where I will focus on the technological stage of the gross building of the main building SO-01 apartment building – section BI+BII (56 dwelling units). The supporting system of the building is composed of a combination of monolithic reinforced concrete structures and ceramic blocks. The foundation of a residential building is designed as a reinforced concrete basin with reinforcing ribs. The diploma thesis contains a text and attachment part.

Construction technology project of a nursing home Ždírec nad Doubravou

The diploma thesis deals with the construction of a new nursing home in Ždírec nad Doubravou. It is a four-storey prefabricated structure, where on the first floor there are three surgeries for doctors and on the remaining three floors there are apartments for clients of the building. In hhe work is a implementation study of the main technological stages, assessment of the transport solution, time and financial plan together with the calculation of the main building according to THU. The equipment of the construction site with drawings and design of the main machines and mechanisms is also solved. For selected technological processes, an itemized budget with statement of quantities, time schedule and technological precription for the assembly of prefabricated ceiling elements together with a control and test plan. In the last points, the technological precription for the floors of the clean zone of medical surgeries is solved with a proposal of measures according to the LEED 2009 certification and a noise study.

The subject of this thesis is a construction technology project Areal triangle in the town of. The work includes a technical report on the structural and technological project technical report construction site along with drawings of building equipment, technological prescription for the implementation process of monolithic structures, being associated inspection and test plan, as well as draft mechanical assemblies, technical report broader transport relations, including drawings, itemized budget calculation according THU and the timetable for construction. It also dealt with contract work, instructions for use of the building and assess two variants of cranes in economic terms. Also at work are chapters dealing with safety at work and environmental protection. More specifically, the work deals with one of the main buildings, namely the object SO10 - Building A. The construction is a reinforced concrete monolith on five floors. The work is mainly focused on the shell construction.

This Bachelor thesis is focused on tower cranes with a working range over 40 meters. These cranes are composed of specific sections. In the first part of the thesis a more detailed description of tower cranes is presented. Next topic, that is being discussed, is three structural types of tower cranes with upper turntable bodies that are being made nowadays. In the overview, present world producers of tower cranes are listed. Companies like Liebherr, Potain, Linden Comansa, Kroll and Raimondi are described in more detail. Lastly, different models of tower cranes from leading producers in selected parameters are being compared.
Office building in Trencin - construction technology project

The subject of my dissertation is to describe construction technology project of the administration building in Trencin. I focused on the budget, work schedule, environmental protection, appropriate setup of temporary objects on the construction site and efficient machine assembly. Result of work represents possible construction progression with focus on site condistions.

This thesis deals with the technological stage of the gross superstructure of an office building in Brno, which is implemented using a complete system solution. It includes logical and chronological following the successful implementation of this project. It contains the engineering report focusing on rough superstructure, addressing broader transport relations, technical report site equipment, technical note of walls and ceilings, inspection and test plan, machine assembly, safety measures and alternative solutions for the lifting mechanism with another theme.
