Test stand for DC motor control units

Main focus of this bachelor thesis is construction of testing stand for master-slave driver units with possibility of using more slave units at the same time. Theoretical part is about DC engines and sensors. Practical part is about testing components, construction of mechanisms, which are mented to test different variants of controlling DC engines. For every mechanism is created program in SIMULINK. With thesis is included list of used components, script with subsystem for each mechanism and file with wire description and basic troubleshoot.

The bachelor thesis with name “Actuators in aviation” deals with complete review of hydraulic and electric powered actuators used in aircrafts in a first part. Second part of the thesis is dedicated to review of hydraulic systems. Each chapter contains description of function and schematic drawings. There are mentioned construction designs of actuator test stand for performance testing. Last part of the thesis includes comparison of actuators according to the performance and application in aircrafts.

The Bachelor thesis deals with engineering design of a test stand used particularly for testing of vibroisolation properties of Stewart plaform of space launch vehicle. The thesis contains a brief summary of vibroisolation systems, construction requirements for a test stand, design of construction variations and the drawing documentation.
