Detached house near Litomyšl
Simon, Matěj ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is to design a two-storey, single-family, near-zero-energy house, located in Čistá u Litomyšle. The thesis has two parts. The first part presents architectural and structural design, comprised of technical drawings, fire safety design and building physics. The second part presents a detailed design of sanitary installations a concept design of all the other building services and energy performance certificate. The house is located on a flat plot. It has a gabled roof with a dormer, a pitched green roof over a car shelter and a garden storage connected on the northern side. The ground floor comprises of an entrance, a guest room, a bathroom, a utility room, a living room with a kitchen and a pantry. The private zone is located on the first floor. It is made of a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, an office, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room. The vertical structures are made of sand lime bricks, external walls are insulated with Twinner panels- EPS covered by a layer of MW. The roof in insulated with PIR. The horizontal structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The house has a foundation slab insulated with foam-glass gravel. The main heat source of the house is an air-water heat pump, supplemented by a stove in the main living area and electric heating elements for hot water. The house is mechanically ventilated by a unit with heat recovery. There are photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. Rainwater is collected from the roof and stored for use in flushing and irrigation. Wastewater is treated by a household wastewater treatment plant, and it is infiltrated on site.
Low temperature heating with heat pumps
Bros, Miroslav ; Horká, Lucie (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with design and comparison of two variants of low temperature heating with radiant systems and heat pumps. Building is used for administrative purposes. The theoretical part describes the evaluation of heat pumps. The calculation part deals with the calculation of heat loss of the building, the design of the heating system, the hot water preparation system, the heat source, all necessary supplementary devices, and the calculation of yearly heat and fuel consumption for heating and hot water preparation of the building. Heating system consists of floor heating and ceiling heating. For hot water preparation an indirect fired hot water storage tank is designed. The source of heat is a cascade of two air/water heat pumps. Experimental part is focused on measuring and assessment of pressure loss, heat output and efficiency of radiant ceiling panel.
Heat pump air-water in heating system
Vejmelka, Zdeněk ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The goal is to design a heating system in a family house using a heat pump air / water. The building has four floors, two floors are above ground and one underground. Heating is solved plate radiators. The solution is also heating hot water.
Heating system of educational facility
Heneková, Barbara ; Horák, Petr (referee) ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (advisor)
The aim of diploma thesis is describes the design of heating in a primary school in Trenčín. In this project are two variants of the heat source. The first variant is heat pump of an air/water of split design and second variant is two gas condensing boilers. The thesis includes hot water preparation. In the experimental part of the thesis is deals with heating output of radiators.
Nursery school Jinačovice
Božek, Michal ; Rousek, Tomáš (referee) ; Müller, Jan (advisor)
The main aim of this master project is to design a new nursery school with a parking lot and playground in Jinačovice. The building has single floor and flat green roof. It is divided into three main parts: middle part, class A, class B. The middle part includes a wind lobby, corridor and auxiliary rooms such as cleaning room, staff rooms, storage and utility room. Almost identical classes A and B include a day room/play room, changing room, children washroom, storage of toys and kitchen. The vertical loadbearing masonry is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The envelope walls insulated with ETICS. The horizontal loadbearing structure is made of Spiroll panels. Heating energy is supplied by two air-water heat pump. Ventilation is provided by air conditioning with heat recovery. Shading is provided by external louvers. The project was carried out in AutoCAD.
Heating of apartment building
Dufek, Martin ; Adam, Pavel (referee) ; Hirš, Jiří (advisor)
The main concern of this thesis is to design heating system for 5 storey apartment building in two alternatives of heat source - with a heat pump and with traditional gas boiler. Both applications are connected to two-pipes distribution system in building using the low-temperature water and radiators. The proposal takes account of the the production of hot water. The one of aims is to compare both variants also from the economic point of view. The experimental part is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the obligation to control efficiency of boilers, imposed by the Energy efficiency law No. 177/2006 Co. and § 6, sect. 2 - 5 and related regulation No. 276/2007 Co. The second part deals with the assessment of monitored room for proper regulation of the heating system.
Radiators and microbial microclimate
Raputa, Pavel ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
This master thesis describes the design of heating in a new one-storey nursery school in Kuřim. The heating systém is designed as a low-temperature systém with a forced circulation of water and a horizontal piping. Three kinds of radiators are used in the design. The panel radiators, tube radiators and free-standing convectors. In this project there are two varinats of the heat source for buliding. The first variant is two gas condensing boilers and the second variant is two heat pumps of an air/water split design. The disign includes air heating in the unit of air conditioning and hot water preparation. The experimental part of the master thesis is focused on microbial microclimate in buildings and radiators contamination by microorganisms. It contains four different experiments, their realization, results and evaluation.
