The information for processing of the bachelor work was gathered by content analysis of secondary data and verified by collection of primary data. In the operative part of the bachelor work is used research by the method of questioning, technique of questionnaire. The questionnaire composed by 14 questions was distributed to a selective sample of innovative enterprises located in the South Bohemian scientific-technical park. Hypothesis H1 ? ?Scientific-technical parks are beneficial tool for the development of innovative enterprising? has been confirmed and hypothesis H2 ? ?Scientific-technical parks serve to support innovative enterprising and create small and medium sized enterprises? has been also confirmed. The results of the research show that more than 75 percent of established innovative enterprises are represented by joint-stock companies and limited liability companies. The number of employees is the highest in the two following groups. The two groups are companies with 1 - 5 employees and companies with 6 ? 9 employees. That means small and medium sized enterprises. Majority of the enterprises has been on the market for 1 - 3 years with the exception of one company that has been on the market for 15 years now. The residing companies are mostly satisfied with the quality of the office equipment. However, equipment of laboratories related to pilot plant area and technical background could be enhanced. The companies use the option of patent counseling, transfer of technologies counseling and marketing counseling the most. The companies list easier access to office and laboratory areas and easier access to financial sources as the biggest benefits of residing in the scientific-technical park. In my opinion, the development of scientific-technical parks is necessary for the future as it is very useful and beneficial tool for creation of innovative enterprising and transfer of technologies followed by economical development of the region.
