Evaluation of the Quality of University Education of a Bachelor's Degree Programme, Economics and Management

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the quality of higher education in the Bachelor's program of Economics and Management at the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The author dedicates the theoretical part to the process of higher education, its accreditation, university management, and methods of assessing teaching quality. The aim of the thesis is to identify strengths and weaknesses in teaching and, based on the collected data, propose specific changes and measures to improve the quality of the educational process. The practical part includes data collection through a questionnaire survey among students of the program and subsequent statistical analysis of this data. Based on the results of the thesis, recommendations for improving the teaching process and increasing student satisfaction with the program are formulated. This thesis presents a comprehensive view of the issue of the quality of higher education and offers valuable insights for further research and practical applications in the educational process.
Specifics of emergency remote teaching at basic school

1 ABSTRACT This thesis describes the topic of the specifics of emergency remote teaching at elementary school from the teacher's point of view. The theoretical part analyses the specialised literature concerning the topics of socialization, the student's activation, the educational methods as well as discipline at school. Furthermore, the research of the Czech school inspection was used, which analysed the situation of the Czech educational system during the pandemic of Covid-19. The practical part of the thesis introduces the methods employed to collect the data and its interpretation. The main part of the thesis describes the analysis of the interviews with the teachers of the lower-secondary school. A semi-structured interview was applied for the needs of the research. In addition, the author of the thesis had the possibility to join some of the online lessons of the interviewed teachers. The findings from these online lessons contributed to the data interpretation. The use of graduates of the Physical Education and Sport study program at Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport on the labor market

This dissertation thesis deals with the use of full-time Masters' graduates of the Physical Education and Sport study program at Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University on the labor market. In the theoretical part a review of the current state of knowledge about the use of graduates on the labor market was completed, especially university graduates. On the basis of this review the construct of the use of Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport graduate was operationalized and the main tool of the survey, the electronic questionnaire, was compiled. The basic set of the survey was formed by the graduates of the full-time Masters' studies program between the years 2010 and 2015 in the fields of Secondary School Teaching (double-subject), Physical Education and Sport (single-subject), Military Physical Education and Sports Management. 346 responses from 671 questionnaires were obtained (52% return rate). In the result part collected data was first analyzed by the chi-square test on the basis of 3 identification variables (gender of the respondents, field of study and year of graduation) and subsequently individual results of the survey were presented. These results were mainly related to respondents' transition to the labor market after having finished Masters'...
