British Infantry and Transformations of European Warfare at the Turn of the 18th and 19th Century

(in English): The author's main focus was on development and causes of military art changes which British infantry has undergone, especially in the years 1775 - 1815. In author's work, given the magnitude and the topic specificity, the only focus was primarily on the study of official documents, which were used for British infantry training and to form a tactical doctrine. Work is divided into five chapters, which consist of an introductory part to the topic issue and analyse warfare factors in the 16th and 17th century that survived throughout the 18th and early 19th century. The second chapter was devoted into two main streams, including tactical ways of thinking related to the 18th century, which Great Britain army faced and socialised with. The second part of the chapter deals with causes and ways of how the first infantry introduces its training with a prescription of all-army presence. The third chapter, as the most comprehensive part of my thesis, analyses the main training document that the British infantry used since 1792. This was meant to be a turning point to the introductory of similar legislation in the Great Britain. Title: Design methodologies for practicing individual game activities in beach volleyball. Objective: The aim of this work is to supplement and extend the methodology for practicing individual game activities and ways to hit the ball in beach volleyball. Create professional photographic documentation of transactions ( kilograms ), which will accurately record overall , but also detailed movement of the player in the gaming activities of individuals and ways hit the ball . Descriptions and documentation will also unify and consolidate technique for beach volleyball. Method : Based on the research of Czech and foreign professional literature on the topic , I will create a description of the techniques in beach volleyball. Another application of the method of data acquisition, which is among the qualitative method is a structured personal interview with the leading trainers beach volleyball . Self-presentation as the Part of Personal Marketing Strategy-Analysis of Political Speeches Between 2012-2014

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the role of the self-presentation of the individual in a communication situation. In the theoretical part are described basic principles of a marketing strategy and forces, which motivate person to certain way of behaviour. As a product the individual shows his or her personal qualities and skills to surroundings, as a marketing manager he or she directs the presentation and the change of these, regarding a development of communication situation. His aim in this competitive environment is to gain the desired place (status) and the trust of others. In the process he uses various persuasive techniques which are formed into a short-term tactics and through them is he fulfilling partial steps, which makes the whole marketing strategy focused on a success and on an achievement of the long-term aim. In the process the individual analyses the market, opponents and his- or her-own strength and weakness. Later, person applies gained knowledge in tactics which he implements into the communication process that is crucial for the reception of a send message and its interpretation. Title of thesis: Comparison of results of testing and game performance diagnosis of basketball players from team U15 Slavoj BK Litoměřice. Aim of thesis: To find out if the results of motion performance tests achieved by players during the training process will affect in-game performances of individual players during the season of junior U15 league. Methods of thesis: Analysis of literary sources and use of own experiences of children and youth coaching. While evaluating the motion performance tests done by players of team Slavoj BK Litoměřice, I used the assessment technique. I selected a numerical scale type of this technique. The examination of individual in-game performance was based on a direct field observation with a selected index, when the individual in-game performance of the chosen players is evaluated by the technical record of the game. I made a rating of a player's in-game performance from the data gathered from the game record, which characterizes his overall usefulness for his team in the particular match. Results: Thesis points out the issues of diagnostics of players match performance in sport games of children and youth. Title of the work: Individual gaming activity in training units of basketball academy 2006. Work object: Overall view on the individual development of gaming activities of each participant - children and youngsters in training units. Work methods: Source literature analysis and use of my own knowledge of coaching practice with children and youngsters in basketball academy in Roudnice nad Labem. Results: The essay is concentrating on problematics of development of gaming activities of an individual in basketball practice for children and youngsters. Theoretical premises correspond with practical experiences when working with children in lowest age categories. Experience shows that it is very important to focus on individual activities of a participant of the game. It is even more important when you start training with children in lowest age categories. Individual activities of the players are in the forefront of interest of the theory and didactics of the sports game in today's modern basketball. Method: For being successful of the assigned tasks, we used diagnostic methods and processed the following analysis of their data in fitness, technique training, tactics, and physiological preparation. Title: History and use of self-defense Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the history and development of self-defense techniques in martial arts and combat sports in the world, interactions, and the factors that influence the development and the course of self-defense situation from the technical conditions to compliance with statutory rules to maintain the status of the self-defense, permitted by law (legal) action. In the thesis there is the exercise training of self-defense techniques and basic training in martial arts elements applied in self-defense suggested. The appropriate specialized literature and websites dealing with applicability of various pieces of knowledge to the problems of self-defense were used as a source of information. The solving lead to the conclusion that the fighting skills have accompanied mankind since time immemorial, and have developed with it as well. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the negotiations tactics, methods and strategies, the relationship with the suppliers and is the base for the practical part. The aim of my thesis is testing of selected negotiation tactics and methods on selected tenders in purchasing department in Škoda Auto a.s. The result is discovering the optimal strategy for specific price negotiations and introduction of their pros and cons. The second aim of my thesis is optimization of purchasing process and recommendation of suggestions for improvement.
