Název práce: Komparace výsledků testování a diagnostiky herního výkonu u hráčů basketbalu U15 Slavoje BK Litoměřice. Cíl práce: Zjistit zda výsledky testů pohybové výkonnosti dosažené hráči v tréninkovém procesu se budou odrážet v herních výkonech u jednotlivých hráčů během mistrovské soutěže ligy starších žáku U15. Metody práce: Analýza literárních zdrojů a využití vlastních poznatků z trenérské praxe dětí a mládeže. Při hodnocení testů pohybové výkonnosti u hráčů Slavoje BK Litoměřice jsem použil techniku posuzování. U této techniky jsem vybral druh: numerické škály. Individuální herní výkon hráčů jsem zkoumal na základě přímého terénního pozorování s vytypovaným ukazatelem, kdy individuální herní výkon daných hráčů vyhodnocujeme pomocí technického zápisu o utkání. Z údajů, které jsem získal z technického zápisu o utkání, jsem u jednotlivých hráčů vytvořil tzv. rating hráče v utkání, který charakterizuje jeho celkovou užitečnost v daném utkání pro tým. Výsledky: Práce poukazuje na problematiku diagnostiky výkonů hráčů ve sportovních hrách u dětí a mládeže. Teoretické předpoklady korespondují s praktickými zkušenostmi při práci s dětmi v nižších věkových kategoriích. Zkušenosti ukazují, že je velice důležité se v počátcích i v pozdějším tréninku zaměřit u dětí a mládeže na diagnostiku hráčů mimo... Title of thesis: Comparison of results of testing and game performance diagnosis of basketball players from team U15 Slavoj BK Litoměřice. Aim of thesis: To find out if the results of motion performance tests achieved by players during the training process will affect in-game performances of individual players during the season of junior U15 league. Methods of thesis: Analysis of literary sources and use of own experiences of children and youth coaching. While evaluating the motion performance tests done by players of team Slavoj BK Litoměřice, I used the assessment technique. I selected a numerical scale type of this technique. The examination of individual in-game performance was based on a direct field observation with a selected index, when the individual in-game performance of the chosen players is evaluated by the technical record of the game. I made a rating of a player's in-game performance from the data gathered from the game record, which characterizes his overall usefulness for his team in the particular match. Results: Thesis points out the issues of diagnostics of players match performance in sport games of children and youth. Theoretical assumptions correspond with practical experiences from working with children in lower age categories. In my work, I was comparing the motor tests...
