Mixed-use Building

This Master’s thesis deals with the design and elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building in Pardubice. The building is located on plots No. 2426/35 and 2426/36, in the cadastral area of Pardubice. It is located in an area close to the city center. There used to be barracks in this place. The outline of the house is "bitten" L-shaped. The building consists of civic amenities, where there are Alza showrooms, musical instrument showrooms, cafes, rehabilitation centers and massage centers. Another part are offices. All floors are barrier-free. The building has no basement. The main arterial communication of the house passes through the hall, which goes diagonally through the building. This corridor connects the individual establishments, technical facilities, stairs, elevator, and parking lot behind the building. Movement between individual floors is ensured by a monolithic staircase and an elevator. The building also includes a parking area for cars, access road and another garden with space for outdoor seating. The building is based on strip foundation and pad footing foundation made of plain concrete. The load-bearing structures are made of ceramic and brick blocks and columns. The building has a longitudinal compositional system. The ceilings are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The exterior walls are plastered with thermo-insulating plaster. The walls in the roof entrance section are contact-insulated with mineral wool. In the place of the plinth, the insulation is made through extruded polystyrene. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof with rainwater outlet/roof outlet. Next to the land there is a local road.

The topic of my bachleor thesis is a Family house. In my thesis I am mostly dealing with the project documentation for construction of the new building. House is suitable for family with four members. It is located in urban area where construction of other family houses in Staré Hradiště takes place. The terrain is slightly inclined towards the north. The house is a two storey-building of a rectangular floor plan and has partial basement. Beside the house is a garage of rectangular floor plan, that has one shared wall with the house. The building is constructed out of ceramic blocks Porotherm, ceilings are also constructed in the Porotherm system. Between floors is designed monolithic reinforced concrete staircase. The building has a gable roof with inclination of 25 ° and its loadbearing structure is purlin wooden roof.
Family house with garage

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a new-build house of a detached house, designed for the housing of a four-member family. The object is located in a foothill area on a sloping terrain, accessible from adjacent local service communications. To the building leading a front door staircase and a terrain staircase leading to the main entrance on the first floor. Along the staircase leading the ramp to the garage door in the basement. The building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building foundations are formed by foundation strips of plain concrete. The staircase and the ramp are separated by a gravity reinforced concrete wall due to the height elevation. The structural system of walls and ceilings are designed in the Porotherm system. The perimeter masonry is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The roof is made of warm flat roof with asphalt roofing. Access to the roof is by a steel ladder with a protective basket placing on the facade. In the basement there are a garage, three storage rooms and a workshop. On the ground floor there are a kitchen with a dining room, a pantry, a living room, a technical room, a bathroom, a toilet, a wardrobe and a terrace. On the first floor there are two children's rooms, a bedroom, a wardrobe, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to partly elaborate the project documentation of a family house. The building is situated in Lipník nad Bečvou (Přerov district) in a town part called Seminárka, which is an area assigned for this purpose in the town's land use plan. It is a three storey house with two aboveground floors and a basement. The construction is designed to be bricked in Wienerberger Porotherm system and with flat roofs. It is suited for a four to six membered family. The house consists of eight residential rooms and garage for two cars.
Hotel

Thesis Theme is a newly built hotel in Horni Mala Upa. The building is divided into hotel operations and restaurants. The building is surrounded by gently sloping terrain. The building has three floors. The building is designed from Porotherm and ceiling of reinforced concrete structures prestressed hollow core slabs Spiroll. Construction of pitched roof trusses formed with an inclination of 20 degrees.
Kindergarten

The diploma thesis contains a proposal and construction solution of a new nursery school in the village of Postřelmov in the stage of project documentation for construction. The kindergarten has a rectangular shape and has two above-ground floors and one basement floor. The main entrance to the building is wheelchair accessible and is oriented to the south. In the basement there are 26 parking places for employees of kindergarten and elementary school in Postřelmov and also a technical background. The first floor consists of two classes of kindergarten, on the second floor there is the third class and a large hall, which will be used mainly for cultural events in the kindergarten. The foundation structure is made up of concrete strips and the foundation foots are designed in places of garage parking. The vertical structures in the basement are designed from concrete fittings, the vertical load-bearing structures in the above-ground floors are designed in the Porotherm masonry system, the other non-load-bearing structures are designed in the Ytong system. Due to the large spans, the horizontal structures are designed from prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The roofing of the building consists of a flat green extensive roof. The project documentation also includes construction - physical assessment and fire - safety solution of the building.

This bachelor thesis deals with elaboration of project documentation of a new building - a family house in Karlovice, district Bruntál. The house itself is a two-storey structure, with partial basement. First ground floor is operationally conected to the garage. Object has a saddle roof, the garage has a flat roof. The structural system is made of clay masonry Porotherm and the floor structure is made of Porotherm BN. The family house is designed for permanent residence of a family up to five people. Project documentation is processed in compliance with current applicable laws, regulations and standards.

This Bachelor´s thesis processes design of standalone double-storey family house in city of Třebíč. The house has rectangle shape and it is designed in two material variants and of brick blocks Porotherm and of the wall panels DOMY D.N.E.S.. The house is without cellar and is roofed by rack roof with a slight slope. The documentation is works for building construction.

The building is designed as a single-storey, only part of the plan of the hall is a two-storey building. The building consists of two functionally separate parts.

This bachelor's work deal with study of family house which includes shop ( for business aktivity). Building is designed for parcel which is located in village Radiměř in Svitavy distrikt. Whole project and all appendixes are done in accordance with all actual regulations, public notices, laws and norms. Building is located in village Radiměř at parcel number 1548, Radiměř katastral territory. Lot is designated for family housing. In vicinity of parcel are all public outlets. In the house is located appartment which would accommodate 5-6persons easily. House is connected with shop which could be used as barber shop. Building is two story house, partially done with celler, with prevailing dimentions 22,7m x 11,7m. Building is build into slopy terrain. Building will be done with „valba“ style roof, framework is Porotherm, celler is projected from Presbeton „lost mold“. Apendix deals with issues of „ventilated facade“
