Návrh konstrukce přípravku pro svařovacího robota
HAMR, Jan
Robotic welding is currently widely used in the field of Engineering Technology. At the robotic workplaces, welding fixtures are designed for the possibility of clamping, increase of the efficiency and the accuracy of production. The Engel company con-cerns with the conversion from manual welding of weldments to robotic welding. The literature review of this paper describes the robotic welding technology used at Engel. The review focuses on describing the design of the welding fixtures currently in use. Moreover, it focuses on the description of alternative clamping methods. Based on the literature review, three innovative variants of welding fixture design of the specified weldment were proposed for the robotic workstation of the Valk Welding company. Accurate 3D CAD models of the different variants of the welding fixture design with different types of clamping elements were created and and variants were compared.
Robotic cell design for coordinated robotic welding
Dvořák, Jaroslav ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design a robotic cell with two welding robots and rotary table in two designs and to compare different types of control. These designed alternatives evaluate possibly using of its parts. These designed variants compare physically and financially.
Welding clamping device for the robot cell
Doležel, Jakub ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the construction of the welding clamping device for the robot cell. It is divided into two parts – the theoretical part describes welding of aluminium, MIG and TIG methods, welding robots and manipulators. The goal of the thesis is to design and construct the welding clamping device for the robot cell. In the last part of the thesis the return on investment into production of welding clamping device is evaluated.
Welding of pantograph parts according to standard ISO 15085
Ondříšek, Jan ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this project is to examine the welding of the upper arm of the current collector - the pantograph of the electric locomotive according the the CSN EN 15085 norm. The first part of this thesis dealt with the elaboration of all needed WPS and with the proposal of the current preparation that is going to be realized. The experimental part dealt with the practical execution of the welding as defined in the first part. The macrostructure of weldings and the process of hardening have been evaluated based on the welding samples.
Design of welding jig
Štancl, Jiří ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
The main focus of the thesis is the proposal for the construction of welding jig for the extension of the bus. Welding of individual parts of the assembly is on manual workplace. All parts are made of fabricated structural steel ČSN 41 1373 with galvannealed coating. As an appropriate technology for welding of extension with the optimal parameters method MAG was chosen.
Welding of the sanitary gully
Skalník, Vít ; Vaněk, Mojmír (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this paper is to plan out and realize an optimalization for the welding process of parts of a sanitary gully. Problematics during the welding process of the aforementioned parts together with the usage of welding fixture were explained. On the basis of characteristic signs of welding, an application of other methods was evaluated and the optimal option for the welding process was chosen. During the selection process, hygienic regulations of a non-state funded organization EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group) were taken into account. Furthermore, suggestions for adjustments of the welding process of the forefront of the gully were analyzed. The next step was the realization of the chosen plan and its testing. Part of the process was the implementation of a technological procedure and execution of WPS (Welding Procedure Specification). The end of this paper considers the tecnological-economic contributions of the changed in the procedure.
Robotic welding of grinder frame
Doležel, Jakub ; Šknouřilová, Eva (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with robotic welding of grinder frame. It divided into two parts; the theoretical part described the method of welding MIG/MAG and welding robot and manipulators. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design robotic workplace and construct welding jig. At the end was evaluated the return on investment in new equipment.
Design of Welding and Testing Tools for Pressure Vessels
Kvapil, Radek ; Nohál, Libor (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is focused on design of welding and testing jigs for pressure vessels. The aim of this project is to create simple design. The design must ensure easy installation in case some of the correction of the report. Thesis includes design examples for other types of vessels, structural design solutions for the specified vessels, drawings, procedure of welding and testing in these jigs.
Manufacturing of Welded Components
Podsedník, Jaroslav ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This work describes changes related to the transition from manual welding to robot welding selected component within the product range of the company, in which the author works. The aim was to determine the time that you return investments in new technology and what will be savings for the planned production volume. Both points were met.
