Determination of the most frequent muscular imbalance and create compensatory programme for footballers TJ Slavoj Třešť
ROD, Štěpán
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to examine the most frequent muscular imbalances in football players of TJ Slavoj Třešť team. Subsequently, we have developed a compensatory program to eliminate muscle imbalances. Before the introduction of the compensatory program into practice, we conducted initial testing of muscle imbalances. This testing was recorded in the tables. We have put the compensatory program into practice in training units. After three months of training according to the training program, we conducted final testing, which was put into charts as well. The measured input and output test data were analysed and compared. The obtained data was recorded in individual graphs. The initial testing found that most muscles and muscle groups are significantly, or slightly weakened, or shortened according to selected standards. However, this has changed significantly after the three-month compensatory program. Indeed, the output testing has shown the apparent efficacy of this program, where no muscle or muscle group was rated as significantly shortened or weakened. However, slight shortening or weakening was still noticeable in several muscles and muscle groups. This case was the most obvious at the abdominal muscles and the right and left side of the lower scapula fixators. For this reason, it is not possible to talk about total efficiency of the compensatory program. However, this does not reduce the very good results achieved.
Use of compensatory exercises for footballers in the youth sports center
Florián, Richard ; Prajerová, Květa (advisor) ; Frýbort, Pavel (referee)
Title: Use of compensatory exercises for footballers in the youth sports center Objectives: The aim of the work is to identify the most common muscle imbalances and to create a compensation program for football players in the category of younger students U12 and U13 in the youth sports center. Methods: The research was based on the diagnosis of players using test exercises, which focused on the occurrence of muscle imbalances and erroneous movement stereotypes according to Bursová (2005), Hošková & Matoušová (2007) and Bursová et al. (2003). Detection was provided by selected functional muscle tests, which were applied in the input and output measurements. Correct performance of the exercise was evaluated as number 1. Incorrect performance was evaluated as number 2. After the initial measurement and evaluation of the degree of muscle imbalances, a compensation program was designed, whose primary task was to eliminate or alleviate muscle imbalances of individual players. The final measurement was used to verify the effectiveness of the compiled compensation program. A one - sample nonparametric Wilcoxon test was used in the work, the task of which was to confirm the validity of the used tests. Results: Due to the fact that the results of selected probands improved in most of the test exercises...
Design and verification of compensatory program in school categories in floorball team Štíři České Budějovice
RAMPOVÁ, Monika
This bachelor thesis is focused on the design and verification of the compensation program for Midget Category floorball team Scorpions Czech Budejovice. In the research participated 14 years-old players. Due to the nature of the sport characterized by physical demand, but also tilt to one side of the body, floorball players tend to suffer from muscle disbalance. For this reason, the players did entrance testing for selected muscle groups, so it could be found out to what extent were muscles shortened. Subsequently seven months compensation program was developed and implemented twice a week. During the compensation program the second testing was carried out and at the end output testing was measured. For deep bent, we measured an average value of 28.7 cm during the entrance testing and 32.3 cm at the output. In the thigh adductors, average input value was 65.3 degrees and in average 78.4 degrees was measured after the whole compensation program. In the left part of iliopsoas muscle the number of players with shortened muscle decreased from five to three players and in the right part from six to four players. At first five players had shortened the left pectoralis major muscle and three players had shortened right side. Thanks to the stretching exercise, we managed to reduce the number of players with shortened pectoral muscles in four cases on the left and in one case on the right side. During the entrance test six players failed to do left stretch arm backward and during the output testing three players. Decrease from seven to five players was measured in the same exercise with right hand.
Design and verification file of compensation exercise in floorball in the junior category
MĚŘIČKA, Michal
Floorball is a modern sport in which speed and dynamics is applied, but there is a muscle imbalance caused due to one-sided loading as well. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to suggest and check compensatory exercises in floorball club FBC Štíři České Budějovice. These exercises are focused on the category of 15 and 16-year-old boys who were put to the test of somatic measurement, motor coordination and functional muscle testing. According to the results of the entrance testing we suggest compensory exercises which are to be implemented into the training unit three times a week during four months. Afterwards we evaluate the function of the compensatory exercises by the final test which is identical to the entrance one. The results show us that the compensatory exercises assist in reducing muscle imbalance caused by playing floorball.
Exercise on a large ball and its use in PE and HPE for students at a secondary medical school in the Tabor
JIROUTOVÁ, Ivana
This thesis finds meaning and effect of exercise on a large ball and its use in physical education at a secondary medical school in the city Tábor. The theoretical part focuses on the anatomy of the human body from the skeletal system, muscles, hormones that affect the girl body. In the article menstrual cycle influences on girls, principles of nutrition and drinking regime during sports and challenging life situations in adolescence. The practical part is to determine whether the exercise on large balls effect on the body structure, increase efficiency, and the serenity of girls. The results I have come using measured values of BMI, WHR, physical fitness test Kaschův step-test and Ruffierova exam posture by Jaros and Lomiček, measurement representation tissues in the body and evaluation of guided interview. With the help of these methods, I discovered the value of body composition, weight, height, state of physical fitness, posture condition and mental condition during the intervention motion program. As a result, that exercise on a large ball has a positive effect on the physical structure girls.
