The thesis deals with the theme of e-business with customers support. It proposes a philosophy of CRM and with this the associated problem of customers. CRM alias customer relationship management is examined here and with this also CRM systems, which are in most cases, very important for the actual operation of this philosophy. It will also analyze company marketing and make possible suggestions for improvement.

The diploma thesis aims to suggest the most suitable expansion way of a specific company into the British market. There are three main parts of the work. The theoretical part presents the issue through scholarly literature and scientific articles. The purpose of the practical part is an analysis of the external and internal environment. The research of product user satisfaction as a support for expansion and the investigation of potential partners and competitors directly abroad are included. The proposal part recommends specific ways for the company to enter the UK market through the identified factors.

Marketings Instruments in Franchise Company

The dissertation work contains the analysis of franchising corporate environment. It is focused especially on Czech Republic and European union countries, history and changes concerning franchisors and franchisants, and a list of the biggest and well-known brands in Czech Republic and Europe. Situation analysis and SWOT analysis is created for chosen hotel. SWOT analysis is the main source for definition of hotel´s strategy. Dissertation work includes a draft of franchising concept including know-how.
