Economic and Financial Assessment of the Company using the Balanced Scorecard Method

This diploma thesis’ focus lies on utilizing the Balanced Scorecard method for a financial and economical evaluation of a chosen company. Theoretical part is a summary of knowledge from selected literature which put focus on tools and methods of strategic management and company performance. The second part introduces the chosen company and with the appropriate tools depicts its current financial state and its business strategy. The next part consists of composing the Balanced Scorecard through adequate research methods and is closed with a summary of research findings and a draft of possible steps for optimization
Comparison of approaches to management strategy of corporate IS/ICT

The aim of this bachelor thesis is comparison of approaches to strategic management of enterprise and IS/ICT, identification of relationship of both areas during their evolution and in presence mainly from point of view of large companies. The thesis attends to both areas of strategic management (business and IS/ICT), their particular historic and current trends and issues. These areas are subsequently put into context and particular connections and common trends of both areas are described. The first part of the thesis is divided into two parts. Its first part contains a research of approaches to strategic management of enterprise outside of area of IS/ICT. The second part contains a research of approaches to strategic management of IS/ICT in the enterprise. In the second part of the thesis based on both researches a hypothesis of relationship of both areas of strategic management is established. The hypothesis attends to the fundamental question of strategic value of IT in the enterprise and subsequently to relationship of business and IT parts of enterprise during their evolution including a forecast to future. In the last part of the thesis the hypothesis is further amplified and reflected on the basis of the previous researches. In this part of the thesis are accumulated statements and opinions of some authors which attended to question of strategic value of IT in the enterprise especially after the so called dot-com era and subsequently those statements are evaluated from the current point of view. Further the last part of the thesis closely attends to evolution of business and IT areas and describes connections and relationship of both the areas during their evolution until the present. The thesis thus provides a comprehensive comparison of business and IT areas in the enterprise and describes the evolution of their relationship until the present, particularly from the perspective of strategic management.
The Loyalty management concept as a key strategy of productivity and success applied in SKODA AUTO, a. s.

It is not really easy to achieve high level in customer satisfaction regularly. It is not easy to well listen to the consumer's voice. But it is more difficult to achieve a degree of loyalty to the customer become a company promoter. It is very difficult to manage the loyalty. It is very difficult to motivate employees for mutual and effective cooperation and communication. This thesis is an innovative experiment, in which the author tried to create an applicable concept of corporate loyalty management with regard to the analysis of the customer's voice and financial performance of the company. The next author's aim was a creating new perspective on learning organization with created matrix of loyalty management combination. The work is systematically supported by business examples, research and best practices, and it is methodically applicable process for loyalty management applied the example of the car manufacturing corporation SKODA AUTO, Inc.
