Forms and methods of personnel motivation in construction company

This thesis deals with forms and methods of motivation in the construction company. In the theoretical part are specified basic concepts of building industry and motivation. The practical part is based on a questionnaire in construction companies, and one particular construction company. In the final phase of the research the results are evaluated and there are recommended methods of motivation for successful work with people in the construction company.

Bachelor thesis Motivation and stimulation generation Z focuses on the current situation on the labour market, dominated by demand for certain technical positions over supply of workforce which possesses the necessary qualifications. The main objective is to build proposals, which will lead to an increase in labour supply offering technical qualifications for the company Rieter CZ s.r.o. The first part of the thesis includes theoretical knowledge, based on scientific literature, which are the basis for the practical part. The bachelor thesis focuses on defining the concepts of motivation and stimulation, the definition of selected aspects of labour market and demographic trends that have an impact on the development of human capital. The second - practical part is based on in-depth interview with the head of the personnel department of the company Rieter CZ s.r.o., which analysed the current situation in the company Rieter CZ s.r.o. Based on the analysis of secondary sources and interviews, which are attended by head of the personnel department of Rieter CZ s.r.o., director of elementary schools in Choceň and employee of the Labour Office in Ústí nad Orlicí, defined factors affecting the choice of follow-up studies and subsequent employment of elementary school pupils. Then follows analyse the motivation generation Z based on the survey. The final part are compiled proposals for the company Rieter CZ s.r.o., leading to an increase in labour supply which offers technical qualification.

Through appropriate methodology analyzes whether the employee incentive program is perceived , how they operate and whether there are any gaps . Motivation and stimulation of human resources in the selected organization

My bachelor thesis deals with the subject of motivation and stimulation of human resources in selected organization. This subject is more and more discussed nowadays but it is still not easy to keep employees motivated. It is important to know employees´ wishes and needs to try to make them satisfied and to create positive relationship with executed work. Company has to have well elaborated system of motivation to achieve that. Goal of my thesis was evaluate motivation and stimulation of human resources in chosen organization and to propose changes leading to improvement of present condition. I have chosen company ENERGOFOREST s. r. o. for this thesis. I have targeted all employees of this organization (technical-economic employees, laborers). The thesis is divided into two parts, practical and theoretical. I have assembled a literary outline in the theoretical part, which helps understanding these issues. I have explained basis terms of motivation and stimulation, such as motive, incentive etc. I have further dealt for example with the most famous motivation and stimulation theories, work motivation, other ways effecting motivation, means of stimulation etc. I have mentioned basis information about the company ENERGOFOREST at the begging of the practical part. I have further evaluated actual state of the organization regarding motivation and stimulation. I have gained information for this topic from interviewing the manager and from questionnaire for all employees of the business. The goal of the survey was to get basis information about employees, aspects of motivation and stimulation in their satisfaction and last, but not least respondents most effecting motivation factors. I have at the end of this part listed some proposals of changes of motivation system, which could lead to more satisfied employees and thus to make the company more effective. My bachelor thesis can be beneficial mostly for company ENERGOFOREST s. r. o. as it brings proposal of changes, which could contribute to higher satisfaction and prosperity of entire organization. Another benefit could be the questionnaire on topic: "Motivation and stimulation of human resources in selected organization", which could be used by other businesses for finding motivation and stimulation of their employees.

The purpose of this Master thesis was to analyze the current state of stimulation of workers in company providing services of catering and subsequently propose measures for improvement. Due to characteristics of provided services is obvious that the company's success on the market is based on how its employees take their work. The proposed measures are designed for a particular company so it should be usable in real operating process. In this work were presented another possibile ways to influence and impact on work performance and have a clear picture of the desired working behavior of employees and the management, which should be examined by company as close as possible.
Employee´s Motivation in a Company

The aim of this work based on the analysis is to determine which stimuli employees consider important and which are lacking or insufficient in their work performance. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. In the practical part, motivational program of company is analyzed by internal interviews and provided data from the HR department. In the next part, motivation of employees is examined by the individual stimuli which are affecting them or not. On the basis of the analysis, strengths and weaknesses of the organization are identified and recommendations to help improve existing weaknesses are proposed.

The diploma thesis focuses on the motivation and satisfaction of employees. Its aim is to analyze the factors of performance and satisfaction of workers of a small company and based on this analysis to propose measures that could help to solve the consequences of the analyzed situation. The theoretical part is devoted to motivation and its importance in the processes, its types and different concepts in the context of work motivation. Further, the thesis pays attention to stimulating factor that may affect the work performance and employee satisfaction and to the motivation program of the company. The practical part presents the studied company and analyzes the incentive structure through questionnaire investigation. Based on the research I suggest recommendations that could improve the current situation in the company. In conclusion of the thesis, I will summarize all the obtained knowledge and findings from research regarding to the further operation of the company in terms of motivation of employees.
Analysis of motivation and motivational tools of the chosen company

The aim of my Bachelor's Thesis is an analysis of motivational tools used of a chosen company and subsequent interpretation of results. The analysis is devided into several parts. At first, a structure of motivational tools, which are used in the company, is described. Information for this part of the thesis is obtained from data provided by department of humam resources of the chosen company. Then, the thesis is focused on data analysis of my own questionnaire survey. The feedback from employees on motivation tools used in the company, especially employee benefits, is provided by the questionnaire survey. Results of my questionnaire survey are supplemented by results of motivation survey done by the company. The result of this thesis is an evaluation of the effectivness of tools used in the employee motivation. Furthermore the subsequent recommendations for the company are presented.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse methods of motivating employees. The theoretical part is devoted to the concept of motivation, stimulation, existing theories of work motivation and motivation instruments. The practical part of the thesis investigates using interview techniques and written questioning the disparity in the way of motivation of employees in tents and in private enterprises. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the applied instruments, to assess their impact on motivation, satisfaction and performance of employees and suggest changes in the methods of motivation and stimulation.

Nowadays, employee benefit system is almost a must for all big companies. It is closely related with such areas as employee motivation and stimulation which are explained in details in the first chapter of the thesis. The following chapter is focused on employee benefits themselves taking into consideration legal and tax framework. After the theoretical introduction into the employee benefit problematic and related areas there is a case study of company Linde Gas a.s. The case study includes general overview about the company followed by the analysis of current employee benefit system. Final chapter suggests possible improvements for the employee benefit system of Linde Gas a.s.
