Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě provedené analýzy zjistit, které stimuly považují zaměstnanci za důležité a které při výkonu své práce postrádají či jsou nedostatečné. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. V praktické části je analyzován motivační program podniku na základě interních rozhovorů a poskytnutých dat od personálního oddělení. Dále je zjišťována motivace zaměstnanců, dle jednotlivých stimulů, která na ně působí, či ne. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou zjištěny silné a slabé stránky organizace a navrhnuta doporučení, která pomohou zlepšit stávající slabé stránky a podpoří ty silné. The aim of this work based on the analysis is to determine which stimuli employees consider important and which are lacking or insufficient in their work performance. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. In the practical part, motivational program of company is analyzed by internal interviews and provided data from the HR department. In the next part, motivation of employees is examined by the individual stimuli which are affecting them or not. On the basis of the analysis, strengths and weaknesses of the organization are identified and recommendations to help improve existing weaknesses are proposed.
