Design and fabrication of the module used for the low voltage electric motors
Ludva, Stanislav ; Chalupa, Jan (referee) ; Šulc, Dalibor (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design and implement a universal driver unit designed to control electric motors of small voltages – electronically commutated, DC and stepper. This involves creating topology and selecting appropriate components based on the required parameters. It also includes the manufacture of printed circuit board (PCB), soldering of the components and programming of the necessary functions. Thesis contains the analysis of three selected types of motors – the principle of operation, wiring and control. Testing of the control unit was performed at the end of the work.
Universal drive unit
Sehnálek, Lubomír ; Frýza, Tomáš (referee) ; Fedra, Zbyněk (advisor)
This document deal with design of universal driving unit. For the final solution is required driving unit which will be controled with help of sensory unit placed on the chassis of driving unit. In theoretical part of this labour are examined possibilities of a power, electric motor operation by PWM, kind of chassis and odometry which could be taken into account. From this section is finally chosen concrete configuration which is then described in chapter concerned oneself with driving unit design. Construction of equipment is shown in next chapter where final configuration of equipment is described.
Model of Nonlinear System
Florian, Radim ; Holý, Miroslav (referee) ; Ošmera, Pavel (advisor)
The Thesis provides the project and realization of non-linear system, consisting of direct electric motor and dynamo that are linked together with flexible connector. Firstly, there are decscribed the principles of turns control in direct motor. Secondly, the thesis shows the construction of operating panel with microcontroller PIC16F877. Finally, the last part brings the evaluation of mesurements and suggests various improvements of the operational panel.
Design of a Body and Sensor System of a Robot
Marvan, Aleš ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
This thesis deals with a problematic of mobile robot design. There is proposed a design and realization of a mobile robot intended for an international competition - Minisumo. The first step in the development process is collecting of information, which helps us to find the most suitable elements. The next step is choosing of the individual elements fulfilling the design requirements according to their specification.
DC/DC step-up converter with synchronous rectifier
Pospíšilík, Vojtěch ; Feiler, Zdeněk (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
In the bachelor’s thesis we will deal with the design, optimization and subsequent build of the increasing DC converter with synchronous rectifier. Experimentally we find parameters for which we will make the design. Then we choose a suitable control circuit and calculate the parameters of the converter output elements, which assign specific components. After that we will design the printed circuit board, complete and we will renew the converter.
Modeling and controling of a laboratory stand with an induction and DC motor
Musil, Pavel ; Pazdera, Ivo (referee) ; Knobloch, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the theory of an asynchronous machine and the types of its management. It focuses on assembling a laboratory model with an asynchronous and DC motor connected via resolver on a common shaft. In order to set the model correctly, the asynchronous motor is first measured, the appropriate parameters are obtained and the model's behavior towards the real device is tested. The resulting part is a set of laboratory tasks possible for this model and equipment.
