The bachelor thesis deals with the topics of advertising and its perception of the consumers belonging to the Generation Z. The literature search will describe marketing communication, its course and the communication and marketing mix. The second part of the literature search will be devoted to a description of advertising and its psychology, including a focus on the target group, followed by a chapter devoted to Generation Z and the characteristics of their buying behaviour and marketing expectations. The results section will focus mainly on the actual research on the perception of advertising by Generation Z consumers, which will be conducted through a questionnaire survey. Subsequently, some of the results will be compared with an indicative analysis. The aim is to interpret own suggestions and recommendations arising from the data obtained, especially for marketers targeting Generation Z.

83 Real Estate Brokerage Abstract This thesis deals with the impact of Act No. 39/2020 Coll., on real estate brokerage and on amendments to related acts (Act on Real Estate Brokerage) on the legal status of consumers. The aim of this thesis is to assess the impact of the Real Estate Brokerage Act on the legal status of the consumer and to compare the findings with the previous legislation. The focus of this thesis is on issues relating to the conditions of business activities of real estate agents and the real estate brokerage contract. For the conditions of business activities, I have focused on the issue of impeccability and professional competence of real estate agents. In the case of the real estate brokerage contract, I have dealt with selected legal institutes introduced by the Real Estate Brokerage Act, which are of the nature of the so-called "protection rules". The systematic division of this thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter contains the basic terminology that appears throughout the thesis. The basic terms include the definitions of real estate brokerage, real estate agent and the interested party as a consumer. Resolution of consumer disputes from insurance with focus on comparison of judicial and selected alternative dispute resolution methods Abstract The diploma thesis focuses on comparing judicial and alternative dispute resolution methods of resolving consumer disputes from insurance. Financial arbitration and the proceeding held by Office of the Ombudsman of the Czech Insurance Association were selected as alternative dispute resolution methods. The author characterizes these institutions and the court as the guarantor of the constitutionally guaranteed right to judicial protection. Furthermore, the work analyzes judicial and selected alternative dispute resolution methods in insurance disputes, with the consumer on one side, and on the other side, the insurance company or insurance intermediary. The individual proceedings before the selected institutions and the court are primarily analyzed from the perspective of the participants, especially consumers. The bachelor thesis deals with changes in consumer behaviour when buying food and non-alcoholic beverages. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify factors that influence consumer behaviour when buying food and non-alcoholic beverages, identify what factors are influencing consumers today, compare the resulting data with historical studies that have been conducted in this area and propose recommendations for Czech retailers in the food and non-alcoholic beverage market. The data were obtained using quantitative research and were processed in Microsoft Excel and Statistica. The results from the questionnaire survey showed that the factors of necessity, quality and previous experience have the greatest influence on consumers.

The diploma thesis deals with the segmentation of consumers according to their relatio-nship to healthy food. The aim of the work is to identify individual consumer segments on the health food market and draw conclusions and recommendations for the sellers of health food based on the information found. In order to fulfill the goal, an analysis of the health food market was developed, based on which the development and current situation on the health food market was determined. A questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the motives and behavior of consumers in relation to healthy food. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, the factors that influence consumers when purchasing healthy food and also the reasons that discourage consumers from purchasing were identified. According to the results of the questionnaire survey, segmentation was carried out using cluster analysis. Based on the knowledge gained, five segments were created on the health food market. Recommendations aimed at individual segments were set for sellers on the health food market.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is Venison as a raw material for production of the meat products. The thesis defines the terms meat, the game and the venison. It describes the classification of the game, the ways of the hunting and its influence on the venison’s quality and hygiene. The thesis compares the biological and physical risks that may be dangerous for the final consumer. There are a diagram of meat production and possible final products from the venison meat. The separate chapter is devoted to the religion influence is dealt with in a separate chapter, this chapter describes the special requirements for the killing animals and their subsequent consumption in other cultures.

The aim of the study was to determine the impact of socio-economic indicators on the commuting patterns of residents of three selected municipalities for the purpose of purchasing daily necessities. To achieve this goal, questionnaires were used, which I obtained in cooperation on the project TAČR TL05000558. The research focuses on analyzing the factors that influence the distance and time required to travel to the nearest supermarket, grocery store or other retailer of daily necessities. The socio-economic characteristics examined include age, transport accessibility of the municipality, and the size of the municipality.

Contractual penalty in consumer contracts Abstract The topic of rigorous work is the contractual penalty in consumer contracts, while this issue is very current, as it falls into the legal area of consumer protection, which belongs to the current most modern trends in private law. The aim of the thesis is to answer, in particular, what are the specifics of the use of the contractual penalty institute in consumer contracts, to analyze the issue of negotiating a contractual penalty in consumer contracts and its permissible amount. Furthermore, the author of the thesis will focus on the possibility of moderating an unreasonably high contractual penalty in consumer contracts and the possibility of negotiating a contractual penalty within the commercial terms of consumer contracts. Last but not least, the author of the thesis intends to analyze the issue of due date and limitation of the right to pay a contractual penalty. On Supervision of Financial Markets by Czech National Bank

1 Abstract This work deals with the performance of supervision over the financial market and the entities operating in the financial market. Part of the work is devoted to consumer protection in the financial market and compensation systems. Because of the fact that the Czech Republic became a member of the European Union in 2004, this work includes also legislation of regulation and supervision of this level, as this treatment significantly predetermines Czech adjustment. Following questions were examined as an example of protecting the interests of clients of supervised entities: - whether there are any tools to protect the client's interests at the level of supervised entities, - what kind of role the supervisory authority has or may have in relation between a supervised entity and its client, - how are the client's financial interests protected in the event of failure of the supervised entity and whether this protection is de lege lata sufficient. The theoretical part of the work briefly describes the institute of supervision, its assorting and forms. The authority of supervisor is discussed in the next part together with the regulations under which the supervision is conducted.
