Analysis of Suitable Methods and Procedures for the Valuation of a Sports Complex

The theme of the thesis is to evaluate two sports arenas. The aim of the work is to determine or estimate the costs associated with the operation of specific objects, analyze the possible revenues and specify aspects affecting the profitability of sports facilities. Evaluation of objects is done according to the current valuation rules. For the evaluation of specific objects was necessary to obtain the supporting documents relevant to the economic and technical documentation. The obtained data shows, that both sports complexes underwent the major renovation which contributed to the improvement of the economic situation and the overall improvement of the stabilization of sports facilities standard. The above mentioned objects are owned and managed by the city of Vyškov. An integral part of the work is a systematic summary of the collected and calculated data, on the basis of which it was proposed optimal solutions to economic profitability of both objects which significantly affect their price. An important aspect for the purpose of this work is the profitability of both sports arenas and criteria which significantly affect the profitability. It was examined what is eligibility of assessment by means of the cost price, time price, revenue rate and reproductive value.
Rugby club Brno-Bystrc

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design of the Rugby complex Brno Bystrc, which we have solved during our bachelor studies. The aim of this work was to create a new functional architectural and urban study. Within the design I tried to make the complex as connected as possible with the public. These requirements also lead to the material design of the building. It consists of 3 overlapping masses, which in their arrangement create the main passage through the complex, which is essential for the design. The size of the building is very distinctive. All the needs of the athletes are taken into account in the design and great consideration is given to the use of the site and the building itself by the public.
Background sports complex Štarnov

Diploma thesis is prepared in the form of project documentation of building work for sports complex. The building is located in Štarnov, is free standing and has two floors. The structural system of the building is a reinforced concrete skeleton in combination with bearing masonry elements from porotherm. The roof will be made as single – layer flat roof and vegetation. The first floor there are changing rooms with social background and warehouse, technical room and cleaning room, fitness with changing rooms, there are reception, warehouses, changing room for employes, social background and bar. In the second floor is used for accommodation, session room and office.
Economic and Financial Impacts of Investment Project on Public Investor

The aim of the master‘s thesis is to evaluate the economic and financial impacts of the investment project on the public sector. It is defined the financial management of the investor – the village Ludkovice – for the assessing of the impacts. Selected project is the construction of a sports complex in Ludkovice. Outputs are determined by using eCBA application that uses method of Cost Benefit Analysis. The thesis connects together theoretical knowledge of evaluation economic indicators such as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Profitability Index and use this calculations to evaluate the overall effectiveness of investment and the possibility of financing in practice.
Athletic stadium

Civil two floors building serving as a base for athletes with further use for offices, cafe-bar, a fitness center and billiards club. The building is being designed in Jihlava in the area of football pitches with athletic oval. The building is situated near the cinema, children's playground and the Zoological Garden in Jihlava. Built-up land area is 2006 m2. The maximum capacity of the building is 418 persons and 430 capacity of grandstands. The building is constructed of ceramic bricks Porotherm. The roof construction is made of wooden trusses with a slope of three degrees. The draft of the object emphasizes the building layout, fire safety and energy savings.
Multifunctional hall Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou

he assignment is the design of a multipurpose hall in Jaroměřice and Rokytnou. The building object is designed on the land of the former falconry, on which there an athletic oval and a multifunctional playground is situated. Currently, the sports complex does not meet its expectations and is poorly visited. The aim of the proposal is therefore to add suitable and attractive new sports facilities, cultural spaces and places which allow people from the village and the surrounding area to meet. The proposal consists of two buildings, a multi-purpose hall and an accommodation building, which are interconnected by a connecting bridge. The sports hall is a 3-storey building, with two storeys and a basement, the accommodation building is likewise 3-storey building with two storeys and a residential attic. An extensive vegetated roof is proposed on the hall building, while the roof of the accommodation building is designed as a gable roof so that its appearance refers to its purpose. In terms of mass, there are two shapes in the area, a cubic cuboid shape - the multifunctional hall and a five-angled longitudinal cuboid - the accommodation building. The buildings are unified by an offset façade of timber slats. The load-bearing system of the building of the multifunctional hall is made of glued timber frame structures. The buildings are designed so that various activities, whether sporting or cultural, can take place in their premises. In the hall there is a cafeteria, a large hall, small halls, a gym, catering facilities, changing rooms or technical and sanitary facilities. The accommodation building contains rooms, storage areas, technical facilities and laundry. The buildings are designed as barrier free and wheelchair accessible. Buildings. By their positioning on the site, the buildings form a corner adjacent to the adjacent streets. The buildings respect the urban structure of the streets. The design also works to preserve as much of the original greenery on the site as possible and adds several new trees to this existing greenery. Overall, therefore, the proposal extends the potential of the sports complex and offers it a wider use and new meaning.
Architectural study of the sports area of the Favorit Brno cycling stadium

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was the design of the reconstruction of the Favorit Brno cycling stadium, the so-called velodrome, located in Brno - the centre of Pisárky, southeast of the Brno Exhibition Centre at Křižíkovsého Street. The velodrome does not meet the current requirements of track cycling. A new 250m long wooden cycle track will be built into the existing stadium. The space that will be created after the shortening of the track will serve as a multifunctional area on which a mobile BMX track can be built. This is connected to the passageway 'coming out' of the building and going back inside. The facilities for the BMX track is under the velodrome stands in the southern part. The design also includes an annexe which will serve as a track cycling facility and administrative space. The proposal also includes a completly roofed building, as currently the roof structure only covers the grandstands. The new roofing builds on the existing roof as the roof structure has historical value.
