Research on the satisfaction of fans of a selected football club

Title: Research on the satisfaction of fans of a selected football club Objectives: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the satisfaction and loyalty of the fans of the football club Sparta Prague, and then to divide the fans into segments according to age categories. The practical implication is then to find out what is important for these segments, so that the club can prevent their dissatisfaction, or to ensure their satisfaction. Methods: Quantitative research through a questionnaire was used to obtain relevant data. The survey took place electronically. Results: From the conducted research and its results, it appears that individual segments of the club have reserves in certain areas that can be used for improvement. Title: Football match of AC Sparta Praha as a product for marketing Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to elaborate suggestions and recommendations for improvement of marketing activities on the match-day. Methods: The improvements are based on electronic interviewing AC Sparta Prague fans and personal interviews with marketing experts in the field of football. Direct observation without use of technique was used as well. Results: Recommendations and suggestions are focused on making more effective use of the marketing elements of AC Sparta Prague football matches. The main reasons for fans dissatisfaction are lack of toilets and its uncleanness, low capacity of food stall and slow operation. Title: Marketing research of HC Sparta Praha fans' satisfaction Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to find out how satisfied were HC Sparta Praha fans with the quality and the quantity of services that were offered them during season 2010/2011. As the contribution of the diploma thesis I will propose, according to the outcome of the marketing research, new services that can HC Sparta Praha offer to increase the fans' satisfaction. I will eventually propose how to improve current services. Methods: I used a method of personal interview, electronic survey and observing in my diploma thesis. The method of personal interview was used for the preparation of a questionnaire. I interviewed employees of HC Sparta Praha's marketing department. The method of electronic survey was used for data collecting and I used observing when working in a Customer Care Centre and when attending HC Sparta Praha's home matches. Results: I found out, that HC Sparta Praha fans were satisfied with almost all services, that the club offered them. The most important thing, when attending home match, is a sport performance and the less important is a supplementary program. Title: Marketing research of PSG Zlín fans' satisfaction Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to find PSG Zlín fans' satisfaction and propose actions that would lead to an increase fans' satisfaction in following seasons. Methods: To determine the satisfaction of the fans of the PSG Zlin hockey club it has been used the method of a quantitative research with the help of an electronic questionnaire. This electronic questionnaire based on a large sample of fans enables to uncover sufficient data and analyses fans' satisfaction by various aspects. Results: The analysis and interpretation of data gained from marketing research have found that fans are very satisfied with many aspects. The most important thing for fans is the atmosphere in the stadium and the sport performance. The least interesting aspect was the supporting program, whom the fans are not completely satisfied. Overall, the greatest range for improvement was found in the allocation of a place for families and the improving of service during home matches. Regarding social networks, websites and merchandising exists mostly good satisfaction about the value of 2 (1 - very satisfied, 5 - very dissatisfied).
