Specific disorders in learning mathematics at secondary school in relation to information technology.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is creation of a material with the use of computer for students with specific learning disabilities. This material contains difficult curriculum of second grade primary school in connection with the reeducation techniques. Moreover, this work describes and evaluates the existing textbooks and the current opportunities for computer-supported learning.
Approach the teacher first grade of primary school to pupils with dysorthography

This thesis deals with teacher´s ingress to pupils with dysorthography in the first grade of primary school. In the theoretical part, the key elements are definition of item specific defect of learning and its ground allocations. As the next I´m working with charakteristic and definiton of ground terms, in that case dysorthography, its occasions and allocution, diagnostic and bases of reeducative care. The practical part consists of pupils with dysorthography. Thanks to contemplation I find out the teacher´s attitude to pupils. Some informations about pupils are rectified thanks to teacher´s question blank. At the end, the findings should map the teacher´s attitude and ingress to pupils with dysorthography during education.
Mothers of children with learning disabilities

The diploma thesis is about the difficult situation of mothers who are raising a child with specific learning disabilities. The content is traditionally divided into a theoretical part, which focuses on the child, the family as a system and motherhood in the context of specific learning disabilities, also a practical part. The practical part is devoted to qualitative research. Through interviews with mothers were collected information about their experience, their individual issues of mothering child with specific learning disabilities, most stressful area of care, or further fears and expectations. The main goal of the research is to identify the main groups of problems and any other contexts of mothering child with specific learning disabilities, which are perceived by mothers participating in this research.
How teachers in primary schools perceive children with specific learning disorders

The bachelor thesis is titled as How teachers in primary schools perceive children with SLD. It´s content is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. The first section gives a general overview about Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), the definition, division, etiology and diagnostics. The next part contains summary about a pupil with a specific learning disorder. This chapter is about a child with SLD in the school environment. It includes treatment options in the education of a child with this learning disorder, it´s qualification and improvement. Impact on the child on the social and emotional side is considered as well. The last and the most important chapter of the theoretical part is titled as Perceiving children with specific learning disorders in the first 5 years in primary school. Many different aspects, that can influence teachers and their perception of children with SLD, are mentioned as well. The second half of this thesis is the practical part, a research. The goal of this work was to find out how educators perceive student with SLD in the first 5 years in primary school. This study is more specifically focused on the differences in perception of children with specific learning disorder between students and teachers. It is also directed on differences in perceiving the role of the teacher for these children between men and women. The whole research was executed qualitatively.
Home Preparation for English Classes in Dyslexic Children (a case study)

In this thesis concerning the Specific Learning Disabilities in terms of English language teaching I try to choose and work out appropriate exercises which should lead to better results of one particular pupil with Specific Learning Disabilities during English lessons in primary school and which should develop his English knowledge in general. The aim is to improve pupil´s school results and his knowledge of the English language. The first part of the thesis pays attention to definitions and terminology of Specific Learning Disabilities. The second part focuses on the practical use of exercises which would suit the pupil´s needs best and also on the effect of the exercises.
Dictates in the Framework of Secondary-school Didactics

The topics of this diploma thesis are dictations and orthographic exercises within didactics of the Czech language. The thesis consists of theoretical part, which contains a definition of the term didactics of Czech language, its inclusion among the other fields of science and their relationship. In this part of the thesis, I also focus on orthography, which includes dictation. The core of the theoretical part is characteristics of dictation, principles of dictated text and evaluation and classification of a written dictation. A part of the thesis is also a chapter dealing with specific learning disabilities. The practical part of this diploma thesis is dedicated to the analysis of textbooks of Czech language and orthographic publications. Detailed description of each particular dictation focusing on punctuation is presented in this part. At the end of the thesis is a brief summary and evaluation of the analysis of individual types of dictation and alternatively orthographic exercises.
Prep child with handicap on tuition

This thesis provides an overview of how students identified as having learning disabilities prepare for school at home. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the general terms, which are related to the general learning disabilities, their aetiology and manifestations of each single specific learning disability. Furthermore, it deals with counselling support to parents and their children with learning disabilities, the diagnostics and the re-education of specific learning disabilities. The theoretical part also contains the concept how to work with these students at home and the importance of parent participation. This part is also focused on the psycho hygienic possibilities and methodology of home-preparation of the children with learning difficulties. The main objective of the practical part was to find out how children with learning disabilities prepare for school at home. The quantitative method of investigation was used in this research.
Development of a child with dyslexia from the perspective of parents.

The thesis is focused on children with reading and writing disorders from the perspective of parents. The work is characterized by specific learning issues with focus on dyslexia and other learning disabilities. It also deals with possible causes, diagnosis and correction of specific learning disabilities. Research is focused on the educanional development of children with reading disabilities from the perspective of parents. To what extent are parents aware of the problems of dyslexia, how they perceive your child's diagnosis and how it affected access to it.
Incidence of Dyslexia in relation to gender.

The diploma thesis is focused on a specific learning disability, so called dyslexia. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Basic characteristics, symptoms and causes of specific learning disabilities, such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, dysortographia and dyscalculia, are desctibed in the theoretical part of the thesis. Special attention is devoted to the differences in terminology of the specific learning disabilities. The practical part analyses time aspect of dyslexia diagnosis, re-education process, and further-more, the frequency of incidence according to the gender issues.
Success in school and Dysorthography.

The aim of the thesis is to highlight the link between learning disabilities and school success. The theoretical part describes the specifics of the development of a child under school age, the learning process and its laws, specific learning disabilities, their various types and describes the conditions for success in education. The practical part is focused on research, processing, analysis and interpretation of results and subsequent recommendations for the general public and teaching, where there is contact with a child with dysorthography.
