This thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation of the company Refrasil, LLC throughout the years 2008 to 2012 and to submit proposals to streamline its financial management in the coming years. In the first part of the bachelor's thesis explains what it is a financial analysis and what it does. The practical part is analyzed in detail what factors influenced the company surrounding both from a macroeconomic and a microeconomic perspective. Another section focuses on the practical knowledge obtained from the financial statements of the company. In the last part of the thesis are listed strengths and weaknesses of company and suggestions to improve the situation.

The diploma thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of the company O.K. BAG s.r.o. during the years 2006 – 2010. The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part of work is contains basic information about the company O.K. BAG s.r.o.. In the second part the obtained results are evaluated and compared with the data of the firm. Based on these results it is possible to propose an enhancement of the current state of the firm

The first part contains the theoretical background, selected methods of financial analysis. The second part is the application of selected methods for a specific company and the final section contains suggestions for improvement in problem areas.

The Diploma Thesis "Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Water Rescue Services and Proposals to Its Financing" I have chosen, because this issue is very actual and affects a large part of the population. Water Rescue Service cares about the safety and health of people in more than 80 locations in the Czech Republic. Thanks to learning the methods of the financial analysis will be possible in practical part to evaluate the situation in the Water Rescue Service. The main proposal is analysis of the one local group and the other part is presenting the functioning of a few selected groups. All found data will lead to the creation of the proposals and solutions of the financing that will help this organization continue to operate and take care about the health of many people.

This Master´s Thesis contains theory of financial planning aimed at principles and methods of financial planning, long-term and short-term financial plannning and plan control. Practical part contains a long-term financial frame plan of O. K. BAG, s. r. o. company for the period from 2008 to 2010 and a short-term financial plan for year 2008, including plan control of the 1st quarter of year 2008. At the end of the thesis, recommendations for company planning are mentioned.

The first part of work is contains basic information about the company Kverneland Group Czech, s. r. o., the second part focuses on theoretical analysis. In the third part is the company analyzed mainly by using financial analysis. Last part contains recommendations for improving the economic and financial situation.
