The Study Efficiency of Utilization of Workplacess in Selected Operation

This thesis deals with the analysis of data obtained by observing and measuring workplaces of assembly lines with a focus on the efficiency of their utilization, through selected elements of industrial engineering, which the reader can get acquainted with in the theoretical part of the thesis. In this thesis the line productivity during the shifts is analyzed, an ideal line balancing condition is defined and suggestion for changing the time of line consumption norm according to the measured line cycle time is made. According to the complex analyzes of the workplaces, suggestions are concluded and an economic appreciation of these proposals is also elaborated. The author of this thesis finds the main benefit of this work in increasing of the productivity of the analyzed line in the case of implementation of solution designs.

Bachelors thesis is a proposal alternations of concept personal management in company TOS KUŘIM, a.s.. Objective of this job is to propose such changes in personnel management, which will be good business.The theoretical part includes a summary of findings from the field of Human resources for example what human resources is, what it does and that activities in this area will need to be in the company to improve and enhance. Furthermore, the work tells us about the personnel audit and its progress. Analytical part includes the present situations in company. The practical part focuses on the application frame work day. Thanks to these results of this analysis, they can suggest solutions that will select a single, optimal.

Lean Production Application

This master’s thesis deals with analysis and follow-up suggestion of efficiency improvement on the production line in RACIO s.r.o. First part of thesis is dealing with theoretical preparation and understanding lean production. Second part is dealing with analyzing production process and application of methods lean production. According to the production process analysis at the given production line a new solution of the production process has been suggested to increase production efficiency. This solution has been implemented and compared to the production process before, as well as to the production process after increasing the efficiency.

This master's thesis is engaged in optimisation processes of PUQ (as for Purchasing Quality) department, Robert Bosch České Budějovice. This department is responsible for input control of parts for manufacture as well as check of new parts including their documentation and documentation updates. By optimisation we understand selection of the best variant from group of possibilities.

The description of the work processes by the military firebrigade of the Czech Army

Problem solving: The base of solving problém is to assing a measure of knowledge of a military firemen at the military airport. I tis aim to liquidate an emergency situation chat depem on a flight schedule (posibility of equipment by ammunition, beginning of a fire of buildings in cooperation with an integrate emergency systém). It all of course means increasing risk during each intervention of the fire unit. Purpose of work: The aim of this work is to get a summary about daily routines military fire brigade at the airbase in the Army of the Czech Republic. This information will be gain with the time frame. Methods: The basic used method of the research will be analysis of the time frame, which will be obtained by observing. Result: The result of this bachelor work is to get a survey about all work activities and distribution this activities according to the importance for the responsibilities of the work of the fire man at the airbase in the Army of the Czech Republic. I would also like to identify which activity is the most important during the work shift. Key words: Analysis, observation, transfer to the place of the intervention, fireman, description of occupational activities, professiography, photography
