This thesis deals with assessment studies of business in company Zoko, spol. s r. o. in terms of costs. It introduces the company and costs resulting from the production for the main customer. This production represents the majority of the whole production. Based on knowledge of cost theory and gathered information about the company, it presents measures leading to cost savings from production processes of the company Zoko.

This thesis analyses the specific operation in the production process of the company Macte spol. s r. o. focusing on textile production. The theoretical part includes a description of manufacturing processes, textile industry, calculations and investment evaluation. The analytical part is focused on the characteristic of the current situation, organization economic performance, cutting and alternative possibilities connected with improvement and cost reduction. Finally, the proposals are described and evaluated.

The aim of the thesis is to assess the effectiveness of innovation and evaluate its economic impact on the company. Theoretical part contains topics regarding innovations and also potential ways of assessing effectiveness and impact of innovation. Practical part presents fundamental information about the company and its current economic situation. Once all basic information is presented, innovation is described in detail followed up by evaluation of its effectiveness and impact on the company.

The main aim of the diploma thesis The use of marketing minimalism in company management will determine the percentage of success of the reduction of the advertising costs of the product compared to the product existing with the application of low cost marketing communication, using marketing minimalism. The main objective of the thesis is concentrated on the practical part. The key task will be to analyze the marketing strategy of the existing product, to simplify in the context of marketing minimalism. A marketing strategy proposal will be developed using marketing minimalism in a limited liability company.

Analysis of inventory and options to optimize the inventory in the company TE Connectivity

The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of optimization of inventory in the company TE Connectivity. The main goal is to analyze the current inventory management and find the optimal way of supply and storage, to minimize capital connected with the inventory. The first part describes the theory of inventory from purchasing, storage to own consuption and distribution, which explains the most important terms. The practical part is focused on the selected company for which the work is about. During the subsequent introduction of the company is explored existing supply system of the company. Using ABC analysis inventory is divided into more and less important. It is necessary to continue working with groups A, B, C: recommended minimum order quantity, calculate the amount of safety stocks with considering to the continuity of the production process. The last section contains a summary and recommended methods including the financial benefits of the recommended changes.

Ve své práci se chci zabývat možnostmi optimalizace zásob ve společnosti TE Connectivity.
Nadnárodní společnost TE Connectivity se zabývá jednoduše řečeno "propojováním" ve dvaceti různých odvětvích (aerospace, automotive, industrial, healthcare, medical, military, sensor solutions, rail atd.).
Mým cílem je zaměřit se na odvětví Appliances, které je součástí výrobního závodu působícího v Trutnově. TE Connectivity se zde zabývá výrobou teplem smršťovacích hadiček, identifikačních štítků a speciálních konektorů.
V první části práce se snažím: popsat činnosti společnosti, její globální cíle a analyzovat stávající systém zásobování výroby. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na možnosti optimalizace zásob.
Cílem této práce je najít optimální způsob zásobování a skladování s ohledem na globálně stanovené cíle společnosti, který vede ke snížení hodnoty zásob, zvýšení obrátkovosti zásob a snížení nákladů na skladování.

Optimization of Material Flow in a Selected Company

The focus of this thesis is the optimization of material flow by changing the layout of racking systems and production lines. The theoretical part describes lean management and its use in internal logistics. Gained knowledge along with practical operating experience leads to the elaboration of analytical and design part, which provides a new solution to the presented problem and related savings in warehouse machine equipment and its staff.
