Family house

This bachelor thesis presents a design of a a family house for 4 -5 member family. The house is situated in Lány near Prague. The house is designed as a two-storey house with a partly flat roof and partly classical roof. Both inside and outside the house, the design respects different levels of the ground around. The house is divided into a living area and garage. The ground floor is intended as a daytime area and it is suitable for family activities. The first floor with bedrooms is intended as a place to sleep and relax. The entrance into the family house is designed on the ground floor. The house is built on a concrete base platform supported by foundation structure. The ground floor and the first floor are made of ceramic blocks. Exterior walls are insulated with Rockwool mineral wool panels. The roof is designed from prefabricated extensive green roof trays. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report on the building solution is also a part of this bachelor thesis.
Sport Hall Staré Město

The master's thesis deals with the project of the new building of the Sports Hall in the Staré Město at the stage of project documentation for the construction on plots 2420/1, 2420/41, 2420/42, 2420/43, 2420/44, 4568/38, 6277/2, 6277/3 , 2517/4. The plots on which the construction is proposed are flat or slightly sloping. The building has no basement, has two floors. The perimeter structures in the locker rooms are designed from ceramic blocks of the POROTHERM system, including the thermal insulation system according to the principles of ETICS, and in the gym from the curtain walling of the KINGSPAN system. Horizontal structures are folded prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. The cloakroom building is covered by a warm flat roof, and the gymnasium by barrel roof made of glued laminated girder. In the sports hall, 5 changing rooms are designed, including sanitary facilities, then facilities for the operation of the hall and refreshments for spectators.
Residential building

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a project of an apartment building in Velká Bíteš, Kapitána Jaroše street on plots no. 2051 and 2038/1 that are slightly sloping. The apartment building is partial basement, it has three above ground floors and one basement. The external wall of the above ground part of the project is made of Porotherm clay blocks complemented with thermal insulation systém according to ETICS. The external wall of the basement is made of concrete block BEST which is provided with thermal insulation. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made as ceiling Porotherm with ceiling blocks Miako. The builng is roofed with a warm flat roof. There are 9 flasts with a different layout design suggest.
Realization of rough upper structure of a residential building Janova Hora, Vizovice

The Bachelor Thesis contain solution for construction progress of rough upper building of residental building in Vizovice. This work deals with technological specifications for horizontal and vertical structure, especially technological proces for mansory. It also deals with proposal for mechanical composition, time schedule and itemized buget. The basis for the preparation was summary technical report for building permission procedure including drawing documentation.
Detached house in sloped terrain

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is design documentation of a detached family house on a steep slope located in a city district Brno - Nový Lískovec. The house is designed as a three-storey building with one underground floor and two above-the-ground floors, roofed with a flat green roof that merges with the surrounding terrain. The structural system of the building is designed as masonry, the walls are built of clay Porotherm blocks and permanent formwork. Thermal insulation of the external walls is provided by ETICS. Ceiling construction consists of POT beams and ceramic insets MIAKO. The house is funcitionally divided into three parts on three different floors. Technical facilities are located on the underground floor, that consists of a garage, a boiler room, a laundry room and storage space. The first ground floor serves as common space, there can be found a large living room with kitchen and a guest room across the main hall. A private part of the house is on the second floor, there are only bedrooms. Each room is visually connected to the exterior through large french windows and HS portals.
Detached house with pharmacy

The content of this thesis is elaboration of technical documentation for realization of a new family house with pharmacy. The house is situated in Valtice in steep terrain. It is a building with two floors, sloping roof of the wooden trusses above the living part of the house and vegetation roof above the pharmacy. The structural system of the building is created of porousconcrete blocks Ytong, ceiling structure is stacked ceiling Ytong Classic of concrete beams and porous concrete inserts.

Multifunctional building

The diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration of the project documentation of a polyfunctional house with a café in Kyjov. The new building is located in the northern part of the city. It is a 4 floor object, partlial basement building with a saddle roof. The house is based on plain concrete slabs. The supporting peripheral and internal masonry is designed from POROTHERM brick blocks. In the cafeteria, an open layout is proposed using beams and columns. Ceiling structures are designed from the POROTHERM MIAKO system. The roof structure is designed with a truss with sheet metal cover. The perimeter walls in the 1PP are designed from blocks of loose formwork filled with concrete, which are insulated with extruded polystyrene. The building is functionally divided into 2 parts, each with its own entrance. The café is equipped with a vestibule, its own café, toilet for women and men with cabins for handicapped visitors and a background with a storeroom, dressing room and WC with a hall. The residential part consists of 4 garages and 6 apartments, 2 of which are adapted for the handicapped. The object is designed with natural ventilation. The object is barrier-free. In front of the building is proposed a parking space for 9 seats, 2 of which are designed for handicapped and 2 for apartment owners.

This diploma thesis deals with processing of technological preparation of the polyfunctional building in Vyškov. The work includes a technical report, a time and financial plan of the construction, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages and an itemized budget for the main building. It also solves the project site equipment including design of construction machinery. It further elaborates the technical regulations for interior plaster, floor design and stacked ceiling for which a control and test plan is developed.
