Design of the Southern Connection from the High-Speed Line to Svetla nad Sazavou Station
Dvořák, Matěj ; Janoušek, Jan (referee) ; Říha, Tomáš (advisor)
This master thesis contains the design of the alternative northern connection of high-speed track Prague – Brno – Breclav to station Svetla nad Sazavou, including optimization of the main track between kilometres 95.3 and 102.3. This connection will be used as the temporary end of the high-speed track. Design speeds of the connection are 160 kph and 200 kph, switches are in kilometres 95.9 and 98.5.
Design of the North Junction from Hranice na Morave to HSR Line
Gelová, Zuzana ; Janoušek, Jan (referee) ; Dušek, Erik (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis is the design of railway junction from high-speed rail RS1 Bohumín – Přerov to railway station Hranice na Moravě at a speed 160 of kph. The design has been developed with minimisation of land occupation and the minimisation of engineering structures. The next aim is the design of two pairs of railroad switch on the high-speed rail. Part of the thesis is the design of the railway substructure, railway superstructure and track drainage.
HSL (RS42) Design of the Track Section Nova Ves Junction - Louny for mixed traffic
Losenický, Miloš ; Janoušek, Jan (referee) ; Dušek, Erik (advisor)
The aim of the master’s thesis is to design a new high-speed line between junction Nova ves and railway station Louny and conventional line between junction Úžice and junction Nová Ves. HSL is designed for mixed transport. Track speed of HSL is 250 kph. Conventional line is designed for track speed 160 kph and track is designed in concurrence with RS4. Speed of freight trains is 100 kph.
HSR (RS42) Design of the Track Section Nova Ves Junction - Louny
Losenický, Miloš ; Janoušek, Jan (referee) ; Dušek, Erik (advisor)
The aim of bachelor thesis is to design a new high-speed line between Nova ves – railway station Louny. Route of HSR is designed only for passenger traffic and for track speed 250 kph. The track section starts by the road II/118. The thesis includes the design of the track junction in front of the railway station Louny with the modification of the existing railway lines and including the design of the exit from the HSR.
Design of mountain-bike crossbar and its FEM analysis
Jelínek, Martin ; Maňas, Pavel (referee) ; Vrbka, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the part of evolution of the new bicycle frame for mountain biking, category enduro. The first part of this thesis is focused on creating dimensional modified model of the bike frame in CAD system SolidWorks. Subsequently this frame will be detailed by FEM analysis in software ANSYS Workbench and determine boundary conditions for this analysis. The final part is about visualization of the new bike frame.
The effect of altitude on the regeneration in alpine skiing - a review study
Štanglerová, Magdaléna ; Šteffl, Michal (advisor) ; Brtník, Tomáš (referee)
Background Training at high altitude, historically in natural conditions and now in created artificially hypoxic environments, has been used to enhance physical performance in a wide range of endurance sports for many years. For alpine skiing, which takes place naturally at higher altitudes, prolonged exposure to altitude hypoxia and low ambient temperature is specific. However, even here, some effects of this specific load on the athletes are still unclear. Objectives The aim of this thesis is to summarize the results of studies dealing with the topic of hypoxic training in alpine skiers and its effect on selected physiological parameters. Methods The thesis is conducted as a systematic review in accordance with the recommendations of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Four electronic databases were used to obtain relevant sources - Web of Science (WoS), PubMed, Scopus and SPORTDiscus using the EBSCO database. Results A total of 234 potential publications were retrieved, of which 15 studies including data from a total of 294 probands, mostly elite alpine skiers, were used in the final systematic review. Seven studies used the normobaric hypoxia method and eight studies were conducted under natural conditions. Five studies looked at the acute effect,...
Design of the Junction from Jihlava to HSR Line
Hrdlička, Šimon ; Janoušek, Jan (referee) ; Dušek, Erik (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with the design of a new double-track junction from High-Speed Rail line (HSR) Vysočina from Prague to Jihlava and from Jihlava to Brno for a maximum speed of 160 kph. The thesis also includes junction to the existing railway track Havlíčkův Brod – Jihlava. The design is prepared with an effort to be economical and efficient and also to minimize the influence on the landscape.
