Clustering of ECG cycles
Ředina, Richard ; Smíšek, Radovan (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
The bachelor thesis explores the aplication of cluster analysis on diferent ECGs in order to create a reliable algorithm for detecting different QRS complexes. Algorithm comprises filtration, R-wave positions adjustment, model cycle creation and comparasion based on mean square error and correlation. Both, correlation and mean square error, become data for k-means clustering. The number of clusters is derived from silhouette values for diferent numbers of clusters.

COAT
Svobodová, Hana ; Pangrácová, Lucie (referee) ; Gabriel, Michal (advisor)
Although the main topic of my diploma thesis is Kabát, I describe in the introductory chapters of my previous work, because their creation and gradual emergence have been directed towards the final project - Kabát. As part of my sculpture, I concentrate mainly on the possibilities of transforming the human figure, using various classical and non-traditional sculptural materials. The fabric of a selected piece of clothing (in the case of a coat) is reinforced at a certain point in time, which I transposed into the feathered cavity - the coat that you put before you. His work with the "outer envelope of man" in the final passage of the text corresponds to the work of Czech and foreign artists.

Clustering Of Ecg Cycles
Ředina, Richard
The study is focused on a design of a reliable approach for ECG cycles clustering. It would be helpful for automatic assessment of various pathological patterns in ECG. Proposed method was tested and tuned on real data from ambulatory ECG database. The algorithm comprises ECG preprocessing, adjustment of R-peak positions available in database, creation of a template cycle, computation of features mainly representing correlation between particular cycles and the template, and, clustering of cycles within ECG via k-means. The appropriate number of clusters is derived via analysis of silhouette values. Resulting success of the algorithm in comparison with available manual scoring is: Sensitivity = 0.55 and Specificity=0.94.

Výrazové prvky současné architektury
Kokolia Křížová, Iveta
In the recent years, the process of architectural design has been evolving in a number of different ways, as it has always been the case. The goal, however, remains the same - to design a quality architecture. New forms and architectural elements have also emerged with the advent of modern technologies. What are the defined facts that enter into design and reveal the boundary between high-quality architecture and mere „building“? What signs could define the current period?
Rudolf Němec - Imprint, Silhouette, Grid
Jindrová, Tereza ; Klimešová, Marie (advisor) ; Lahoda, Vojtěch (referee)
Tereza Jindrová: Rudolf Němec - imprint, silhouette, grid Abstract This Bachelor's dissertation deals with the work of painter Rudolf Němec (born 19. 5. 1936). It is focused on his work in a period from the middle of The Sixties to the end of The Eighties and it observes the works of painting, the works on paper and other experiments using different medias (photography, film, instalation, performance). The dissertation provides a deeper insight into the work of Rudolf Němec throught formal and content interpretation and it put his work into context ot the new figuration.
