The bachelor´s thesis is aimed on the solution of construction of "Detached family residence" in form of project documentation. The building is intended for one family while ensuring also needs for working place or accommodation for a guest. It is located on a moderately inclined plot 244/3, cadastral area Vysoká nad Labem, Královehradecký district. The building has two floors without basement. It is made from masonry covered with wooden facade. The timber porch is adjacent to main building. The roof is designed as shed roof with a slope of 16 %.

The project solves a new family house in Nové Město na Moravě. This thesis aims to develop project documentation for building construction. The new family house is designed for a family of four to six members. Garage is included in the house. There are 2 above-ground floors and a basement. The house is brick-built from THERM-type ceramic blocks with a shed roof and a saddle roof. The object is situated on a sloping terrain.

Diploma thesis is focused on the preparation of the implementation of the University Centre in Zlín. The work includes building technology study and subsequent construction technology project. In this thesis, the aim was to determine the time, financial and material demands of the project, choose the optimum process of construction, ensure BOZP, make the proposal buildingsite for the individual stages, the calculation of costs of site preparation and select adequate mechanical the assembly. This bachelory thesis is a familly house with two floors, a garage for one space and with partially basement cellar suitable for a four piece family. The building is designed as timberframe construction of the system TWO by FOUR from the lumber KVH prisms. The object is covered by a shed roof, the garage also shed roof connected to the house. The layout of the ground floor is intended as the heart of the house, and a living room with kitchen and dining room, with access to the terrace located on the micropiled over the so-called crawl space and the fireplace in the mirror of the staircase. The resting zone is located in the second floor. The work includes documentation and drawing part prepared as documentation for the implementation of the construction.

This thesis describes the design of a family house with a design office in Planá. The house is designed as a brick building from Ytong, the underlying structure of concrete. The main part of the building used for housing has two floors, side part for the design office is one floor. Both parts are covered by a shed roof. The house is designed for four-to five-member family. Garage is embedded in the main building.

The bachelor´s thesis „The family house with business aktivity“ is made as a project documentation. The designed building structure is located in Veselíčko. It is a detached house placed on a slightly sloping terrain. The house is divided into three tracts. The outer tracts are ground floor and middle tract has two floors and a basement. The business aktivity, hairdresser's, is located in the left tract. In the middle tract there are rooms of family house and in the right tract there are situated garage and storeroom. This building construction is based on the footings. The load- bearing walls and partition walls are bricked up by Porotherm blocks. The ceilings are made up of ceramic beams POT and brick inserts Miako. The roof structure is designed as a wooden rafter shed. The natural lighting is provided by wooden windows. A gas boiler supplies the house by heat.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to deal with a proposal of family house with a moto-service establishment. The project is located on the land in the village Radslavice near the city Vyskov. It is two-storey partly basement house, which is connected with the motor-service establishment on the north side. Both objects form one building unit. Detached house is designed for permanent living of 4-5 family members, where the first floor is designed as a communicative zone and the second floor as a resting zone. There are a technical room and a garage on the underground floor. Peripheral walls are planned to be made from burnt bricks for accurate brickwork Porotherm of 500 mm thickness with a laine mineral isolation. The ceiling construction is from semi-mounted constructions Porotherm or monolithic reinforced concrete constructions. The project documentation is done according to the Decree number 499/2006, as an implementing documentation including fire safety solution, thermal technical assessment and building physics.

This project designs a new building of family house with an establishment as a separate object. Family house is single-storey with residential attic, without a basement and with a gable roof. The establishment (hairdresser) has a shed roof. The building is designed as a wall construction system (Porotherm) with a contact thermal – insulation system. There is a garage located among theese objects. The project will also include the parking lots and pavements.

The aim of the project is a new building of a family house in the cadastral area Brno-Slatina. It is designed for a family of four. The building has no basement and two floors. On the first floor there is an entrance, garage, the main day area, WC, utility room and work room. On the second floor there are bedrooms, bathroom and 2 dressing rooms. The building is designed mainly in wall system of KM Beta. The proposed ceiling is made of ferro-concrete. The roof is pitched with angle of 3°. The facade is designed as an external thermal insulation composite system.
