Generator of Analysers of Documents Defined by RELAX NG
Šimonek, Jan ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with automatization of XML loading. This is accomplished by a generator of XML analyser. The generator (translator) takes a XML scheme in RELAX NG and it produces analyser in C++. The generated analyser is capable of unmarshalling and validating data from XML, providing access to the data and marshalling the data back to XML. Usability of this process is demonstrated on examples. Theory of the XML, XML schema languages and validation is also discussed.
Data serialization and formats for information exchange
Procházka, Jaroslav ; Karásek, Jan (referee) ; Morský, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with a data encryption and data formats that can be used to exchange information and can be used to data serialization and deserialization data. The data is further explained and serialization and deserialization process of converting data structures, objects in a sequence of bits, which can later be stored in the cache memory or transferred to a computer network. They are thoroughly described in the best-known data formats, XML and JSON. The paper evaluates the different formats and compares them in terms of processing speed, memory consumption and execution of each format. Design and application of custom data format for data transfer and storage.
Client for the BlackDuck Protex Service
Knapek, Petr ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
Plagiarism and matching source codes are an increasing problem. The objective of this thesis is to evaluate Black Duck Software, Inc. service Protex and it's user interface. The next objective is to create a new, alternative client based on this evaluation, which will ease work process and offer automatization methods. Swing graphical library and multithreaded approach of Java programming language have been used in the implementation of a new client.
Petri Nets Virtual Machine Persistency
Bayer, Jan ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This Bachelor's thesis deals with persistence for Java language. It presents and compares already existing standards and systems, and introduces a design and implementation of persistence for Java SE platform with object data stored in XML files.
Modern e-learning system on the JAVA platform
Hák, Tomáš ; Polívka, Michal (referee) ; Pfeifer, Václav (advisor)
This dissertation is studying e-learning – electronic form of education. At once it is analysing in details the advantages and disadvantages of this new form of education approach and is describing possibilities of some chosen e-learning systems and their basic structures. In the second part of this dissertation are said basic principles and possibilities of programming language Java in which language is designed it's own concept of system, that should make possible for users to manage and control the e-learning. In this part is described progress of communication between server and client, method of sending off the SQL (query) and receiving result too. In last part is viewed resulting application as a whole, is explained basic controlling, possibilities of administration and methods of entering data. Application itself is tested on local testing server.
Using the library for data serialization in embedded system
Slavov, Jan ; Burian, František (referee) ; Petyovský, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of using serialization libraries for communication with embedded systems. Data serialization is a process that converts data objects organized into complex data structures into a stream of bytes. Data serialized in this way can be easily transferred between devices or stored. At the same time, serialization enables the platform to transfer data in a programing language-neutral manner. Also addresses compatibility when updating messages. This work will primarily deal with binary serialization, as it is less time-consuming and the resulting messages are smaller in size. This work will describe work with the following libraries for data serialization: Flatbuffer, Protocol Buffer, Cap'n Proto. These libraries will then be compared with each other and one library will be selected from the results. A demonstration task is designed for this library. It will be implemented in two versions. The first version will use the selected library and the second will use my own method of data serialization. Both approaches will be compared with each other at the end of this thesis.
