Analysis of the marketing activities of contributory organization, Sports equipment of the Jicin city

Title of thesis: Analysis of the marketing activities of contributory organization, Sports equipment of the Jicin city. Aims of the thesis: The aim of the study is to analyze the current marketing activities of contributory organization dealing with sports facilities in Jicin. Next aim is to find the extension and quality of these activities in the relation to customer. In case of poor or inadequate usage of it, the suggestion of new marketing activities is the goal. The thesis consists of two main parts, the theoretical base and practical, which processing of marketing analysis and presentation of new proposals. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of funded organizations and their relationship to marketing, definition of marketing terms and concepts, and approaches the relationship between marketing and sports organizations. In the practical part the specific contributory organization is introduced and its marketing activities are investigate using questionnaire exploration and marketing analysis. Then, on the base of the results, suitable proposals are recommended, which could lead to stability and development of marketing activities. Economic Literacy of Headmaster

This diploma thesis deals with examining the economic literacy of a headmaster. The topic has been chosen because of the belief that a good financial management is important for the development of a school. Another reason for the choice is the fact that there is virtually no set of unambiguously defined responsibilities and no set of suggested knowledge in the economic area which would provide guidance for headmaster in his work. The aim of the theoretical part is to find the necessary information, to define the key terms and to place the economics of the school management into the legislative framework. The practical (research) part examines the actual state of knowledge and the activity of headmasters in the financial management of the school. The difficulty, the risk of financial management in relation to other managerial activities and the comparability of different types and sizes of schools are also examined here. The outcome of this thesis is to give the definition and the content of the economic and financial literacy of a headmaster. It is also to determine the level of the financial literacy of the interviewed headmasters. Tumor markers at OKB Pelhřimov Hospital - methods of assessment, clinical significance.

Tumour diseases are the most common cause of death in the Czech Republic after heart and vessel diseases. Each year a number of new cancer patients are diagnosed and accepted for treatment. Determining the level of tumour markers is an integral part of screening methods for early detection of the disease, diagnosis and control of the course of treatment. Currently, no universal marker is available, so more markers of cancer, whose specificity and sensitivity are overlapping, are determined in the analysis. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with a general description of tumour diseases. Another part is devoted to tumour markers, characteristics, evaluation of the results of the examination and their division. Subsequently individual tumour markers investigated at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry of Pelhřimov Hospital, semi-budgetary organization, are described. The practical part is devoted to the methods of tumour marker determination at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry ofPelhřimov Hospital, semi-budgetary organization. It is followed by the description of the principle of tumour marker determination on the Cobas e601 analyser. The experimental part is devoted to the statistics of tumour markers for individual years (2015-2017) obtained from the Department of Clinical Biochemistry of Pelhřimov Hospital, semi-budgetary organization. Furthermore, in the experimental part I deal with patients and their evaluation of the results. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a summary of the most important and most used tumour markers, a brief characterization and a description of the importance for clinical practice. The thesis also presents laboratory methods of their determination including analytical parameters, preanalytical requirements and the evaluation of tumour marker results. At the end of the thesis statistical data obtained at the workplace of OKB (the Department of Clinical Biochemistry) and RTO (the Department of Radiology) of Pelhřimov Hospital, semi-budgetary organization, are presented.

Internal Accounting Guidelines in Specific Conditions of Semi-budgetary Organization XY

This bachelor thesis deals with internal accounting guidelines in the most common accounting entities of public sector in the Czech Republic, semi-budgetary organizations. First the thesis describes economy and legislative regulation of accounting of semi-budgetary organizations founded by regional self-governing units, then it deals with internal accounting guidelines, especially their importance and content. Last chapter is focused on an analysis of internal accounting guidelines in specific conditions of semi-budgetary organization Domov Na Zámku Lysá nad Labem, founded by Central Bohemia Region.

School management from the perspective of the founder

This thesis deals with school management and relationships between its founders and directors. Laws and other standards formulating the relationships between schools and their founders are presented in the theoretical part. The thesis deals with management theory and employee motivation. Problematics related to competences of each participant is discussed in the theoretical part also. Furthermore, problematics of encroachment of founders to school directors competences is presented. The thesis discusses also the other part of the school management, i.e. the perspective of school founders on school directors work, and quality evaluation by directors. Results of the investigation work give a possibility to review the perspective of founders on their own work with respect to directors and also the view of directors on school founders. The thesis contains basic legislative rules for founders and school directors as it is stated in the Czech Republic and also some internal regulations stating the relationships between the two subjects. Formal and legislative impact on school management is observed together with relationships between participants and their collaborations. The empirical part is concentrated around investigation of this problematic for a group of school founders and school directors.
