Implementation of automatic controls of electrical signals for the monitoring system of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant
Mareček, Michal ; Novotný, Pavel (referee) ; Drápela, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with individual electrical devices for self-consumption, focusing on production blocks of the nuclear power plant Temelín, which are continuously monitored by the superior electrical monitoring system NEMES. A key element is the description of the areas of power output and self-consumption of the electrical blocks of the power plant, including the NEMES system, necessary for the design of automatic checks of the measured electrical signals reliability. Knowledge of the device concept and operating modes is crucial to the successful implementation of NEMES system signal checks in logical links and in view of deviations from the band of operating values. The subject of the thesis is to propose limits for all main electrical equipment together with blocking conditions for performing automatic checks of the reliability of the monitored signals by the NEMES system, which will be of great benefit to the end user - the operator of the Temelín nuclear power plant.
Optimalization of the Electricity Supply System Restoration During a Major Accident at the EDU
Ptáček, Michal ; Ing. Jaromír Střecha - ČEZ a.s.- EDU (referee) ; Matoušek, Antonín (advisor)
This Master´s thesis deals with the coordination and the order of interventions during the appearance of a major accident due to a blackout. It describes in detail the chronology and the priorities of what the shift engineer should do when working on the self-consumption restoration. Furthermore, it gives the variants for determination of the batch of radiation people are obtained by, while working on the self-consumption restoration.
Electricity balance in a typologically local system of an energy community with electricity production
Kaňa, Jiří ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Drápela, Jiří (advisor)
The European trend of increasing the share of renewables and decentralizing energetics is leading to an enthusiastic debate over local energy communities. Mass support for this arrangement may seem to solve many of today's energetics problems, but at the same time we need to keep in mind the problematic aspects of the energy communities themselves. In particular, there is a need to resolve the economic and legal relations of the members of the community and to ensure the technical feasibility of such a transformation. This work summarizes the existing knowledge about the idea of energy communities, presents a summary of the most important information from a technical, economic and legal point of view in the context of the European and Czech environment and draws attention to the most pressing issues. Furthermore, the creation of a model of electricity consumption, photovoltaic production and metrics for measuring electricity with respect to the actual properties of the modeled systems is presented. In the final phase, a simulation of energy flows is performed on a model of an energy community with a specific topology with evaluation of the results.
