The subject of this thesis is the solution of building technology project poly-functional complex with a focus on execution of construction. Gross building is designed reinforced concrete skeleton combined with masonry. Technology will be developed Code for reinforced concrete monolithic frame and masonry. The aim of my thesis was to perform construction and technological preparation of the construction of commercial house in Brno in the street Křídlovická. The introduction contains the expected design and construction process of the proposed building as a whole. It is also prepared a preliminary draft of the financial cost of the entire project designed according THU and object schedule. Furthermore, the implementation of the project construction site for a major part of the commercial house. This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological project of block of flats residence Meandr in Brno - Komín. On the given topic are processed and all necessary supporting documents that enhances the clarity and orientation in matters large building for the preparation of the construction process. Given the scale, complexity and location of the building is structurally location technology project addresses the only earthworks and construction site of the main building object SO-01 only. Furthermore, nine small objects that are closely tied this main object within the premises of a residential building. The subject of my thesis is the process of building technological studies remodeling the farm house, which is located in Svébohov in the Olomouc region. Processed work will be mainly in technological studies the major works, which will be included in the construction works. of these works will be created schedule. It will also be drawn time and financial plan together with a draft assembly machine for fabric the "C" building. Technological specification, bill of quantities, design of mechanical assemblies and safety measures at the construction site will be drawn up for the implementation of the ceiling structure of the building "C".
