The project processes technical documentation of a detached family house with design office in the newly pulled over territory. The building is located in Svetla nad Sázavou on the outskirts of the town. The building has two floors and no basement. In the first floor there is the workshop - design office designed for the homeowner. The house has a garage with parking for one car. The house is based on the underlying strip of plain concrete and walled building system Heluz. The roof of the second floor is shed with a slope of 7 %. Roofing is skived Lindab Click metal. The topic of this bachelor thesis is a new family house with project office in Uherský Brod. Family house is located on flat land in a short distance from the city center. The building is two-floor. In the first floor is located entrance to the building, storeroom, utility room, living room, sbathroom, WC and project office with own entrance and WC. From the first floor is also entrance to the terrace and garden. In the second floor is situated bedroom with dressing room, two bedrooms, bathroom and WC. From one of the bedroom is possible to access to the balcony. The roof above the first floor is flat, the roof above second flat is mono-pitched roof. The building is made of structural masonry system Porotherm 30 P+D, insulation system EPS 100F, roof truss from bonded girder, roof covering foil Fatrafol. Garage is designed as a detached building roofed with a flat roof. Garage is made of the structural system Porotherm 30 P+D. Project Documentation is created in AutoCAD.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and processing of the design documentation for the construction of a new detached house with a design office, which is located in the cadastral unit of the village of Výkleky on plot no 79/1; 79/2. The house is divided into dwelling unit and establishment. The object is designed as a double floor and partly basement. The house is roofed with hipped roof. Construction systém wall, brick from brick´s blocks, basement is from permanent forwork. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction.

The roof above the first floor is designed as a flat vegetation roof and above the second floor is designed as a flat roof. The project was designed according to the required standards and includes project documentation for the construction.

The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is a detached house with design office. The Thesis is composed in a form of implementing project documentation. Designed building is situated on plots number 1926/5 and 1926/6 in Rudíkov. The detached house is without basement, consists of two floors. The emphasis is placed to design functional disposition of two separate building units – residental and commercial. The building is designed from system KM BETA. The construction of the rooftop is shed roof with slope of 14°, there is designed a flat roof at the commercial part of the building.

The house is detached and is situated in the region of Vysočina in the village Světlá nad Sázavou, the cadastral area of Světlá nad Sázavou. It has a basement, ground floor and residential attic. The house is designed as a single family building for a family of four members. The part of the house is a design office that serves homeowner. The family house is roofed with Bramac 7. The shape of the roof is saddle except for the section of the design office where it is mono-pitched. The building is designed of brick construction system Heluz and of contact insulation ETICS.

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is the design and the preparation of project documentation of the family house with a design offices in the town of Boskovice. The object is placed in a quiet location at the end of the area in a slightly sloping terrain, in accordance with the regulatory plan of the city. The proposed layout is created for the housing of four families and the design office for the owner of the object, as the place of performance of his profession. It is a building with a partial bricked Foundation and two floors above the ground. The establishment of the object is solved on monolithic base passports. The basement part of the structural system consists of elements from the lost formwork BEST and the superstructure is of brick system POROTHERM contact thermal insulation. Ceiling structure reinforced concrete plate. The greater part of the building is roofed by a gable roof of wooden trusses and the smaller part is covered with a flat roof, which is designed as a terrace. Part of the object is a double garage with workshop.
