Bocanová, L., Creation of a business strategy in the field of sales of services. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The diploma thesis examines the specifics of family enterprises and their approach to the creation of a business strategy in the chosen area (fitness center). The aim of the thesis was to propose a suitable methodology for the creation of a business strategy for the family business providing fitness services. In the thesis are presented the basic concepts and knowledge describing the examined problems. It also included the collection of primary and secondary data. Quantitative research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of data was applied to evaluate the results. Qualitative research is based to in-depth interviews with owners of family businesses providing fitness services as well as with customers of the analyzed enterprise. Based on the marketing research, a SWOT analysis was made, proposals were made for the creation of a business strategy in the selected company, and the differences between business strategies between family businesses and non-business type of business were identified.

The bachelor thesis deals with the area of family business and its aim is to analyze the socio-economic specifics of family business MTA Group s.r.o. and to propose measures for its more effective functioning. At the beginning of the work are ex-plained the basic concepts related to the issue. The following part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of research results, which includes to the definition of re-search questions according the current state of the company, semi-structured interviews and knowledge gained from literature. In the conclusion of the thesis, recommendations for more effective functioning of the company are proposed based on the analysis of research results.

The first part considers the analysis of the potential of family business and small and medium enterprises at the theoretical basis and points out to the most important specifics concerning the general principle. The second part is focused on its environment and analysis of factors with which is the company influencing its market surroundings. The subject of this thesis is one family business and its planned expansion. This thesis supplies above all a literature research; it defines business, family business, customers, and business plan. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a business project concerning the expansion of an online shop. The planned expansion entails opening up a new store in Chomutov. The business plan is to serve as a tool for decision-making regarding the project implementation. Within the plan an analysis of current customers must be done as well as a marketing plan and a market analysis in Chomutov. The analytical part includes STEP and SWOT analyses and the financial plan. In the conclusion, the results of the partial analysis are summarized and recommendations for a concrete business are given.

The intention of this thesis is to analyse case studies and identify factors of successful succession in Czech family owned businesses (FOB). The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the subject and objective of my thesis. Second one deals with theoretical background of entrepreneurship, history of entrepreneurship in Czech Republic and last but not least with theoretical background of FOB. The third chapter is an analysis of researches about succession in FOB made in Czech Republic and also in other parts of world. This thesis focuses on the Internet shop in family business. In the first part the terms Internet shop and family business are specified. Its formation, development, advantages and disadvantages are defined, as well as the usage of Internet in marketing and the factors of success and problems connected with family business. The second part describes in detail chosen areas of the company Ryor -- the environment of its e-shop, advertising and distribution of products. This part gives a description of functioning mentioned areas. The real state is confronted with technical literature. On the basis of that, shortcomings are got. Moreover, suggestions for better functioning of chosen areas are formed. The second part of thesis also includes SWOT analysis of e-shop, analysis of competitors and questionnaire survey about customer's satisfaction with areas that the thesis explores.
