There are designs of 3 types of family houses included in the thesis: a small single-family terraceded house, a middle-sized semi-detached house and a large single-family detached house. While the smaller houses are being constructed in a compact development in a closer proximity to the city, as one proceed in the direction out of the city, the density of built-up is decreasing and the size of buildings and the adjacent holdings increases. The buildings share the same form and a simple compact shape of a house with a saddle roof. All buildings described are designed as low-energy wooden ones. Structure of the plot is composed of seven apartment buildings and solitary villa. Design of residential complex consists of clear line of public and semi-public space, which complements urbanism of this design.
