HR Marketing Communication

The topic of the thesis is to propose a suitable communication mix for the HR department of a selected international company. The theoretical part deals with the issue of employee acquisition with a focus on human resources marketing. In the practical part an analysis of the current situation is developed. On the basis of the outputs of these analyses and the theoretical part, proposals are prepared. The implementation of these proposals should lead to an increase in the awareness of the company and the offered position of production operator among the target group and thus to an increase in the number of applicants for this position in the company.
Selection and Recruitment of Workers

This diploma thesis focuses on the process of recruitment and selection of new employees in selected companies. The work is structured into theoretical and practical. The practical part deals with mapping the current process of recruitment and selection of new employees. Its part and also the objective of this work is to suggest amendments that could make the process more efficient in future. Suggestions for improvement are based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part in connection with current process in the company.
Analysis of the effectiveness of methods for selection process of employees in the organization

The diploma thesis deals with the efficiency of the methods of selection of employees in the company Tesco Stores ČR a.s. The main aim of this thesis was to analyse the methods of recruitment which were introduced to the company and evaluate if their impact on the selection process and the quality of the candidates is positive. Academic research provided a theoretical framework for solving recruitment problems and subsequently were determined performance indicators which were applied to the selection process of employees. Based on the data from internal documents, interviews and questionnaire was analysed the effectiveness of recruitment methods in the company. The obtained data allowed to identify strengths but also weaknesses in the method of selection and recruitment process. The results of the analysis led to recommendations which implementation shall lead to elimination of the identified weaknesses and to ensure full satisfaction of managers and candidates with recruitment.
The Influence of Internet Development of the Labour Market in the Czech Republic after 1989

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of the labor market in the Czech Republic during the last 25 years from the perspective of the computer revolution, the development of the Internet and social networks. The author examines the impact of the expansion of the Internet and social media on the labor market in the Czech Republic, on the recruitment and job searching methods and on increase of the labor market flexibility. It deals with transformation of methods and forms of recruitment for the last 25 years. In the practical part, the author conducts and evaluates a survey, whose objective was to determine whether and how the impact of the Internet transformed the labor market in the period. In the end, the author formulates a personal view on the prospects for further development of recruitment methods in the labor market in the Czech Republic.
