Proposal of the Improvement of Customer Satisfaction Standard

This thesis was a research and analysis of the levels of different customer satisfaction standards in the family construction company. The analysis involved conducting internal and external environment assessments of the company. The data collected on customer satisfaction from clients was carried out by using a qualitative questionnaire method. This study provided the host family construction company with recommendations on how to develop the customer satisfaction standards, which in turn will improve their market position.
The differences in certain aspects of the lifestyles of men and women serving in the Police of ČR

The bachelor thesis deals with the lifestyle of policemen and policewomen of the Czech Republic. A questionnaire method was used for this research. The survey was attended by 70 police men and women serving at the Police Department in Prague, including 59 men and 11 women. The proportion is determined by the ratio of members from 2016, according to official sources of the Police Department of the Czech Republic, a total of 40.077 members were employed in the Police Department, of which 84,9 % were men and 15,1 % were women. The theoretical part deals with concepts of lifestyle, diet, movement, relaxation and regeneration, stress. It is also characterised by the Police of the Czech Republic. The results of the questionnaire is evaluated in the practical part, which is focused on comparison of some aspects of the lifestyle of men and women serving at the Police Department of the Czech Republic. Further the practical part contains pronouncement and verification of hypotheses. The data obtained from the questionnaire shows that in the rank of members of Police Department in Prague, men drink more alcohol and smoke more cigarettes than women, while women drink more coffee. Men and women are at the same level of quality of eating. Men sport more than women. Men can better relax and reduce stress. Women spend more time watching TV.
Comparison of selected two competing television stations broadcasting from the 21st century, according to content focus and structure audience

The aim of the thesis is the comparison of two selected private television channels TV Barrandov and Prima Cool primarily according to content focus and audience structure and secondarily from the point of view of media discourse and speech acts. In the first theoretical part I define fundamental concepts such as television, digitization, audience, program schedule, target group, television viewership, media discourse and speech act. Further I characterize both television channels, define their program schedule, audience and present the results of rating. In the second practical part I use to compare program schedule a method of quantitative content analysis, which aims to compare the programming schedule of both television channels, define the differences in the structure of the program and answer research questions, which stands at its beginning. To comparison audience I use the questionnaire method. At the beginning of the method is determined by research sample and subsequently the method is applied. Results of the survey will allow an extensive description of the audiences of both television channels, determine which channel is more attractive and confirm if the results of the questionnaire method correspond with publicly available results of audience or are diametrical difference. Cultural tourism in the area of Klatovsko

The main objective of this thesis was to define cultural tourism within the studied region of Klatovy. A secondary objective was the analysis of tourism within a selected part of the Klatovy region - the castle of Velhartice. Other objectives were to identify hidden potential, focusing on cultural tourism, to propose measures to improve the situation and to prepare an appropriate marketing mix of the studied area. The actual work on the thesis was preceded by the study of professional and regional literature, including promotional materials and Internet resources. Based on this, the studied region was defined, i.e. the Klatovy region and the castle of Velhartice. Using a situational analysis, the potential of the region was identified; and using field research, the facts essential to confirm or refute pre-established hypotheses were found.
Research of motivation and stimulation of the human resources in nonproductive sphere

The aim of this diploma thesis evaluates motivational and stimulative level of the human resources of a specific company and, according to the questonnaire mentioned bellow, this work also offers possible improvements in this sphere. The subject chosen for the study is Poštovní spořitelna company with its 387 employees. The first part of the thesis deals with the specification of terms such as motivation,stimulation of work performance and company motivational programme. The second part brings the concrete characterization and history of the company. The methods used for this work is the questionnaire, interview and observation. Each question is also recorded in graph followed by results and discussions. According to the questionnaire, the best motivation and stimulation for employees are their incomes. It was also found out that employees are interested in their further improvement. The social climate at work was said to be very important, too. Based on the records, this thesis suggests following: further education, credibility of company management, improvement of staff information. People are considered to be the mostimportant part of each company so it´s necessary to support their motivation and stimulation.
Analysis of Marketing Mix Tools in a Chosen Company

The complex structure of the marketing mix of the Velteko s.r.o. company is analysed in my work. Characterising of the concern, basic analysing of the individual tools of the marketing mix and clients survey evaluating is the main object. Conclusion is focused on the rating of the level and the efficiency of the utilization of the used tools. Relevant recommendations are added.
