Suggestion of Manager´s Working Group Uniting Procedure

This thesis analyses problems related to the creation of the working team coupled with the process of it’s members‘ cohesion. The theoretical part of the work contains an introduction and explanation of basic concepts related to given issues. In particular, we look at the issue of the manager's personality, the theory of social Gross, work teams, styles of leadership and management teams. The last chapter contains general recommendations of basic skills in the approach of managers and management teams. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the investigation file, the analysis of the facto. The aim of the project is to design such a manager process strategy, which leads to team cohesion thereby increasing work efficiency.

Psychological aspects of Internet abuse in the workplace

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the psychological aspects of Internet abuse in the workplace. The aim is to find out how various factors affect and determine the extent of employees' non-work visits to the Internet, to evaluate the attitudes and results of three companies in the field of abuse of the Internet, to compare them with each other and suggest ways to solve and improve the current situation. To achieve these objectives, there was used the method of written interrogation of the workers and the representatives of the companies by the means of questionnaires. The analysis concludes with the findings, which of the assumptions formulated in the empirical research confirmed, and therefore can be used in practice, with a comprehensive assessment of the results of employees in different companies and comparison of different solutions to the safety and efficiency of working online.

Diploma thesis "The behavior in the organization" at a practical level, integrates the knowledge of psychology, sociology and management. It explains bahavior of people in the organization, which seeks to use this knowledge for the benefit of the organizaton and its management. It focuses on individual differences among people in the organization, organizational culture, relationships between people in workplace, organizational structure, communication within the organization, motivation, development of potential employees and their career.
