The building has 1 underground and 4 above-ground floors. There are 16 residential units in the building. The object is designed with barrier-free access. In the 1st floor there is a barrier-free housing jed-note 2+kk and housing units 1+kk, 2+kk and 1+kk, in the 2nd floor two housing units 2+kk, housing units 3+kk, 4+kk, in the 3rd floor housing units 3+kk, 2+kk, 4+kk, 1+kk and in the 4th floor 3+kk, 2+kk, 4+kk and 1+kk. The 1st S houses the basement cubicles and technical background of the building. The foundation structures are made by a system of foundation passports made of reinforced concrete, the circumferential masonry of the aboveground floors is made of limestone cinder blocks and insulated with an ETICS contact system.
