The aim of the diploma thesis is to prepare a design of multi-level sales network information system for the company 1WAY COMPANY s.r.o. system will be designed with a maximum regard to the success of final solution and automation particular corporate processes. The work also describes company’s system requirements, implementation methods, budgeting and creating of service agreements. For the proper system functionality is needed to design a permission management included organization structure, Event-driven Process Chain and RACI responsibility matrix.
Proposal of E-shop Designing for AREAL SYSTEMS s.r.o.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the proposal of a new e-shop for AREAL SYSTEMS s.r.o. The e-shop will sell individually manufactured wall stickers. The proposal is divided into two parts - technical and marketing. The technical part reviews the investment of buying a plotter and programming the e-shop. In the second part I will discuss the promotion possibilities on the internet and suggest their most appropriate combination. Finally I review the financial angle.
Motivation and Evaluation of Employees

The aim of this thesis is to uncover possible weaknesses in the company's motivation system and propose recommendations to improve the current situation. In the first part I combine theoretical knowledge concerning the issue of motivation, evaluation and rewarding of employees. In the second part I introduce the company, analyze the present system of motivation, evaluation and rewarding employees that the company uses and perform questionnaire survey. From the survey results, along with theoretical knowledge I will point out any shortcomings or errors and suggest recommendations that will contribute to improving the current situation.

This thesis deals with the financial market intermediation and distribution on the financial market. By using situational analysis reveals connections and principles of the functioning of financial intermediation and focuses on the role of financial market regulation and commission fees. Thesis is analyzing the effects of changes in commission system and impact to different distribution models.
Affiliate marketing and the affiliate program analysis in the Czech company

Bussinessmen, companies and traders put money into advertising. But they require these ads to bring the desired effect -- i.e. new customers, sales, revenues. Affiliate marketing allows exactly all of that. The objective of this diploma thesis is to describe the affiliate marketing (kind of performance advertising on the internet) from the perspective of the advertiser and further evaluate affiliate marketing as a suitable form of promotion for a particular Czech company. There will also be the affiliate program analysis, its realization and description of affiliate program management.
