The Remuneration System of Employees and Proposal of Changes in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the system of remuneraation and evaluation of employees within the branch network and a specific branch in the selected company XY, a. s. The first part contains theoretical knowledge and selektor theoretical background. The second part of the thesis analyzes the current state and the influence of external and internal factors on the remuneration system. The third part of the work is focused on own solutions to the researched issues.
Activities of Real Estate Agencies

The aim of this thesis is to point out the lack of legislation at the current local real estate market, analyze the issues clients may encounter and compare the advantages associated with trading in cooperation with real estate agencies. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of the real estate market and its activities to the reader. Its comparison with the UK real estate market is especially interesting. The second part follows a case study in the form of a questionnaire, which processes the public opinion on the activities of real estate agency. Arrangements are suggested based on the results of the questionnaire to reduce clients’ dissatisfaction. The thesis concludes with a practical example of showing the advantages gained through the cooperation with real estate agencies.

Business agency agreement Abstract The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the business agency agreement and describe its essential characteristics. The reason for my research is the practical aplication of this agreement, which enables a developement of business and businessman is provided with an oportunity of expansion. This thesis is divided into twelve chapters and each chapter is dealing with diferent aspects of business agency agreement. Chapter One is introductory and describes main goals of this thesis and essential characteristics of business agency agreement. Chapter Two is subdivided into three parts and focuses on historical development of representation. First part describes representation influenced by Roman law, part two focuses on representation and agency during 19th and 20th century and part two investigates diference between direct and indirect representation, which is necessary for understanding of the business agency agreement. Affiliate marketing and its use in the online environment

This work explores affiliate marketing as one of the marketing tools used in the online environment. Affiliate marketing is a type of performance-based marketing in which an enterpreneur rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought by the affiliate's own marketing efforts. It is based on promoting the company's product through affiliate partner sites. The work describes the principles of how it works, the ways of promotions for affiliate partners and also the ways of implementation for advertisers. The work focuses on application of affiliate marketing into the practice and it also focuses on a marketing research aimed at identifying key parameters of affiliate marketing and affiliate partner characteristics. The result of this work is the formulation of recommendations for the implementation of this type of marketing into practice.
The labour productivity in the insurance company with regards to real business cycle

The aim of my diploma thesis is to conduct the analysis of labour productivity with the connection to business cycle phases and their aspects. The analysis is concerned about the evaluations of measuring the labour productivity, these evaluations are important to do for better insight to their problematic. Also, the analysis deals with the factors that affect the effectivity of using factors of production. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the problematics of labour productivity, economic growth and their interconnection according to the technical literature. The market development and especially the development of insurance market, and prescribed indemnity are analysed in the practical part of the thesis. It is important to say that indemnity and its development are the essential parts of the insurance market. Also, the practical part is concerned with the labour productivity and the commission for insurance agents. The insurance company Generali is described there. The problematics of labour productivity and activity are observed on the specific groups of workers in this join-stock company. There are chosen workers from their individual positions on which the indexes are better shown. I evaluate these indicators and create a proposal for improving the labour productivity. This proposal makes also a good contribution to the direction of insurance company and its manager. The improvements include for instance: the focusing not only on newcomers but also on existing agents, who have done a good job for the company in the past and they create a good reputation for its business; a subsequent improvement is the better motivation for newcomer workers. I suggest that these newcomers should be bound to one existing insurance agent. Thanks to this it could be a good motivation and professional development for existing insurance agents, who would not only teach newcomers but above all improve themselves.

Brno: Mendel University, 2014 This bachelor thesis aims at providing an analysis of typical features of a multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes. First of all, this paper deals with general introduction to the topic of multi-level marketing and the characteristic of important organizations which are involved in this field. In the next part are the set criteria which help making comparison between Amway Czech Republic and H SYSTEM, as representatives of the studied systems. Thesis also provides the identification of opportunities for potential entrepreneurs. Closing discussion makes proposals and recommendations suited to reveal the illegal pyramid schemes.
