3D printed waveguide sets for complex permittivity measurement of materials
Kašpar, Tomáš ; Cupal, Miroslav (referee) ; Láčík, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is focused on the measuring complex permitivity of materials. In the first part, there is a conclusion of theoretical information including the problematics of transmission/reflection method. Further on, the work is focused on a programming of an algorithm and designing several waveguide sets. Second part is dedicated to realization of these sets and measurements. The output is 3D printed waveguide measuring sets.
SIW slot antenna
Martinec, Matěj ; Puskely, Jan (referee) ; Pítra, Kamil (advisor)
This work is dealing with the design of waveguide slot array antenna and SIW slot antenna with coaxial and microstrip feed operating in 5,6 GHz frequency in Wi-Fi frequency band of IEEE 802.11ac standard. For design of these antennas were used calsic methods and each of this parts were optimised in CST Microwave Studio. In this programme were optimised parameters of each part to occupy widest bandwidth of antenna, which was in conflict with the proper function of antenna. All antennas were compare between each other in light of selected parameters and suitable antenna has been chosen.
Analog Signals Datalogger
Ščišľak, Tomáš ; Frýza, Tomáš (referee) ; Vyskočil, Pavel (advisor)
The subject of my bachelor’s thesis is construction of device, which provides measuring and digitally recording of analog signals. The first part of this thesis deals with an analysis of circuit properties and building the basic scheme. It was important to choose proper components available. Datalogger consists of integrated digital circuits, which provide fast and reliable communication path. Function of main unit performs microcontroller Atmega128. The realization of external modules for current sensing looks interresting, particularly implementation of Hall sensor ACS755, circuits HCPL and solution of their connection with the main board. Second part of this thesis is oriented on hardware and software realization.
Measuring of Electricity Consumption Utilizing Current Transformer and Arduino Platform
Pokorný, Rostislav ; Pokorný, Jiří (referee) ; Štůsek, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is implementation of non-invasive platform for measuring the consumption and production of electrical power. Developed device enables visualization of measured data on display. Electric current is measured by non-invasive current sensor equipped with split core made of ferrite. Measured data are processed on single board microcomputer called Arduino. The device enables wireless communication with a server platform that allows visualization of measured data in a simple graphical user interface based on the ThingSpeak platform. Created device can measure consumption or production of electrical power on appliance with maximum current up to 30 A without need of any changes in electric circuit.
