The Proposal of Marketing Strategy for the Company

Master´s thesis presents the proposal of marketing strategy for the company ZŘUD-Masokombinát Polička, Ltd., which is operating in an area of meat industry and is dealing in produce and selling meats and meat products. The objective of the thesis is an increase of competitiveness of the company and successful management. The first part of the thesis is focused on a summary of teoretical knowledge, which is concerning given problems. In the next part of the thesis there is the SWOT analysis, Porter analysis and analysis of marketing mix. On the basis of the analysis of the company there are some possible solutions suggested.

Master´s thesis presents the proposal of firm expansion for the company which is exclusively czech retail system of shops of food and convenience stores. The objective of the thesis is an optimization of the strategy in a such way, which will ensure to gain a competitive advantage, perspective and healthy growth of the company in next years. The first part of the thesis is focused on a summary of teoretical knowledge, which is concerning given problems. In the next part of the thesis analysis of the company is made and on the basis of the analysis there are some possible solutions suggested.

Roof Structure of Swimming Pool in Budišov nad Budišovkou

My Bachelor thesis deals with the design and review of a bearing steel structure of the roof of indoor pool building. The construction is of rectangular shape with dimensions of 28 x 46 m and its height is 7.5 m. Bearing structure consists of 11 transversal bindings, placed 4.6m per width of between each. Transversal binding consists of cantilevered columns and jointly set saddle trusses. All the calculations are done according to relevant ČSN EN directives.

This bachelor thesis deals with proposal of production process management in information system of company Fulgur, spol. s r.o. Aim of this thesis is to propose changes in information system of the company, that will effect in increasing effectivity of production process. Analytical part aims to describe contemporary function of all processes connected with passing the order through the company. Proposal part covers description and specification of modules and functions, which should be implemented to increase effectivity of production process.
