The project proposal of a new store

This bachelor's thesis discusses a project proposal with the intention to establish a new company store in the Moravian-Silesian region. The aim was to create project documentation applying the available theory, tools and methods. The documents, made in MS Visio, MS Project and MS Excel, give all the essential information needed for a successful project implementation. The resulting advantages of the investigated approach are reflected at the end of the thesis.

Modelling and Management of Project Portfolio

This thesis is dedicated to modeling and management of project portfolio. In the first part, project is specified, along with methods for its managing. Next part describes the project portfolio, its managing and aspects that affect it. Thesis continues with analysis and design of software prototype capable of managing project portfolios. Most suitable methods are selected for project analysis. Designed prototype is then implemented and solution is described in the thesis. Last part of the work is user testing, which pointed out the functionality and usability of created prototype.

Static analysis of moving skyscraper

The thesis is about static analysis of moving skyscraper (inspired by The Dynamic Tower). There is a rotation of each particular floor around its axis independently on each other. In this thesis, moving skyscraper is solved as a whole piece with specialization in the moving floors and their mounting on the core of the building.

The aim is to create a feasibility study of investment project of a new, modern technology based on a cooling of a bakery products and to assess its feasibility and effectivness. The rusult of this thesis will be a recommendation for the company, whether to implement the project or not.

The aim of the practical part is prepare a feasibility study of the project. This project will be co-financed from EU Funds. After that the whole process will be assessed. In the end of the thesis is processed the whole procedure of submission the request from the Business and Innovation Programme through the CzechInvest agency.

On the basis of these analyzes will be presented in the last part of the proposals on which to base the proposed project to streamline business processes.
