This thesis is aimed on evaluation of the financial situation of a concrete company. In the first part, there is a profile of the company, and a basic performance analysis of internal and external factors which influence the company. The second part of thesis is an explanation of financial analysis, the principles of which are applied. In the third part, data gathered about the company is analysed and compared with a competitor. The final part of the work describes proposals to improve the financial situation of the analysed company.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the examination of a financial statement of a limited liability company. The thesis examines the 2007 statement of M + J – školní jídelna, s.r.o. The first part concentrates on legal requirements connected with the issue, and generally describes the process of creating a financial statement. The second practical part deals with the particular selected company. The 2007 financial statement is considered on the basis of collected information, individual statements related for the relevant period and the process of producing the financial statement.

The introductory part provides the theoretical knowledge, which the analytical section is based on. The aim of the thesis is to uncover shortcomings and problems of the company. They will be corrected by factual proposals.

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on evaluation of the financial situation of the company G-mont s.r.o. using financial statements for the years 2010 – 2013. The theoretical part delimits the characteristics of financial analysis, individual indicators and their formulas for calculations. The analytical part includes a brief presentation of the selected company and subsequent analysis of individual indicators that give an overview of the current situation. On the basis of these calculations are then in the last part designed possible solutions that could lead to an improvement of financial situation of the company.

he aim of this thesis is to carry out an appraisal of a financial condition of a company. In the first part, theoretical start-points of Financial Analysis are scrutinised, with an introduction of the company followed. By taking the advantage of the Financial Analysis method, the financial condition of the company is appraised and the outcomes are compared with competition. In the second part, proceedings for risk elimination in the company management are suggested.

Master´s thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial position of the company and it compares results with branch averages. The first part of the thesis is based on clear theory, which is important to the overall understanding of the financial position. Then the company is briefly described. In the third part of the thesis we provide information on the current implemented financial analysis position of the company, comparing with the competition from the same branch and with the branch averages and results of comparing.

Analytical part is an introduction of sampled company and subsequent analysis by selected indicators, through which we can see real situation in the company. The result of the issue is an evaluation and following proposals for improving the situation identified in company.
