Development of the real estate market in Brno and its surroundings

This diploma thesis deals with the development of the real estate market in selected urban areas of Brno and its surroundings. First of all, it defines the basic terms and definitions that relate to the real estate market and real estate valuation. The development of factors that affect the real estate market is examined. In the next part there is an analysis of the development of realized purchase prices of flats in Brno and also a thorough analysis of the development of average offer prices of flats in Brno and in the cities of Rousínov, Šlapanice and Slavkov u Brna to compare price differences. To compare prices, three basic criteria are set, on which the development is noticeable. The last part of the work presents a comparison and evaluation of realized purchase prices and offer prices of apartments according to selected criteria in selected city districts of Brno in the years 2018-2020.
Creation of Recreation Areas and Development of Prices of Immovable Property for Recreation in the Mokrá - Horákov Village

The diploma thesis deals with an overview of the creation of a recreational area in the village Mokrá-Horákov, from history to the present, including the price history. The first part of the diploma thesis is defined by the definition of a building for recreation and the described histori-cal development of the village Mokrá-Horákov. The following sections describe the selected cottages and their valuation according to previous valuation regulations, current valuation regu-lations in the Czech Republic and current valuation regulations in Austria. In the experimental part, an analysis of valued cottages and realized sales and rentals is performed. Last but not le-ast, it is mentioned the possible acquisition of a cottage in a given locality for purchase and lease and a proposal to change the zoning plan in the recreational area. At the end of the diploma the-sis is a discussion of the results and evaluation of the results.

Development of Agricultural Land Prices

The diploma thesis analyzes the development of agricultural land prices examines the development of agricultural land in the Hodonín district in 2015-2018. Three databases of comparative samples are created for the thesis - according to the source (realized sales, execution sales and offer sales), which are subsequently analyzed and examined. The result is our own findings and conclusions, including the price index, which are compared and confronted with public aggregated data.

This thesis is focused on the price relations in the beef commodity vertical in the Czech Republic. The presented work deals with the development and changes of the agrarian sector as a result of globalization and integration processes. It analyses formation of prices and levels within commodity vertical related to cattle breeding in the Czech Republic. Agricultural, industrial and consumer prices are used in the analyses. With the use of monthly prices of selected products, the impact and influence of market forces are investigated. Methodologically, the concept based on the analysis of price transmission is applied.

The focus of this bachelor´s thesis is the analysis of pig farming and it´s market in the Czech Republic in the recent years. The thesis examines topics related to the pro-ductions of pigs for slaughter. The history of pig farming, it´s significance, and the current situation in the Czech Republic are addressed. Furthermore, it is focused on the economic aspect, discussing the monetization, price development and foreign markets. Lastly, the thesis includes a subsidy policy.

The first part si presents the inflation primary information, its determination by the Czech National Bank, its stages and forms. There are the rate of inflation characterization and its konds at not least.The secon section is focused into the chronological developnemt of inflation in the Czech Republic divided itno five parts: the transtormation beginning (1990-1993), the trend of prices in 1994-1998, the perion 1999-2001, the inflation progress in 2002-2005 and the first three months of 2006.
